Begin telling the story of your desire, and then add to it the details of the positive aspects that you can find that match those desires. And then embellish your positive expectation by speculating with your good-feeling Wouldn't it be nice if . . . ? examples.
You can say things like: Only good things come to me. . . I'll figure it out as I go along. . ..Every time you tell your better-feeling story, you will feel better and the details of your life will improve. The better it gets, the better it gets.

The Council
We have spoken before on the topic of oneness, we wish to revisit it today. Will you understand it when we are done? Will you ever completely understand it? Let us tell you now, before we begin, that your learning, as well as our own, will never be over. Things never cease to change and evolve. But we are curious beings, are we not? And so let us see if perhaps we can give you a new thing or two to consider.
You often hear it said that all is one, that everything is part of the One. And a great many of you have begun naming that the All That Is. And that is a good thing. That is a very good thing. But a great many of you also do not spend very much time contemplating what that my mean. How does that change your understanding of yourselves? How does it change your relationships with the others around you? How does it change your understanding of those things that you see around you? Does it move the dividing line between what is you and not you? Better yet, does it remove it?
A thing to consider might be this. That if all is one, then there can be no dividing line between you and anything or anyone else. If all is Self, then there is no other. I am that. Have you heard that before?
Now let us assume that this is not news to you. And for most of you, it is not. What we would like very much to happen from this point forward is that you begin to look at things as an extension of yourselves, that you begin to actually feel and sense that you are far more than you ever felt before. We know that this is beginning to happen for many of you as you move into this awakening time. And that will continue. It is such a new feeling for many that, having felt it, you feel confused and do not understand what happened for that moment or that few minutes. If it was minutes, then it is clearer for you, and you do know that it felt good.
Many have felt a oneness with a consciousness that seemed foreign to themselves. Allow that to happen more. Just allow. Walking upright felt foreign to you at one time even though you saw others doing it. Just remember, all is one. That is me.
When you truly know what that feels like, you will treat it far differently. If you truly know that it is you, you very likely will take better care of it, will you not? Much of the problems in your world could not exist at all if the incorrect ideas of separation were not a part of human consciousness.
And so, there is a great change in the world approaching as more and more people begin to remember the oneness. We say remember because each of you has at one time or another been a part of a culture that knew and practiced these things.
And we will repeat another of our favorite themes here. Since all is one, you cannot change your consciousness in any way without changing the All That Is. You cannot feel a oneness with your surroundings, with your neighbor, without benefitting everything and everyone.
Very often you also hear, love yourself first. Well, consider that you could very well leave the word first out of it, because there is no one else to begin with. So, as you feel about yourself, you will find that you feel about everything else, as well. If you do not love yourself, you do not and cannot love another. You can act as if you do, and that is a good start. But eventually you must learn that love of self must happen. There is only one of us here. There is only one.
And by the way, does that not put an entire other slant into the understanding of no time and no space? It is all you, so it is all here and it is all now. Again, the problem always comes back to the idea of separation, here and there, now and then, you and me.
If we have given you enough to think about for a few minutes, then we will end this and return later. There is always another thought to consider or another piece to add to the puzzle. Good day.

You, every sentient life form, are eternally One with God. There is no separation, even though your everyday experience enclosed within human bodies strongly indicates the opposite. There is only God, as we in the spiritual realms keep on reminding you, as we keep on drawing your attention to this unalterable truth, and He is our divine Source, Who is Love, the energy field in which all that exists is eternally present. What you experience as humans are dreams and nightmares, but due to your choice to awaken you are moving away from nightmares towards pleasant dreams, and it is from these that you will awaken into the bliss that God's eternal Presence constantly provides.
There is nowhere apart from the Presence of God. You just chose to imagine an utterly different form of existence, an impossible state in which Love was lacking. Therefore you closed your minds to the Love that envelops and embraces you in every moment by drawing an imaginary cloak or veil over your awareness, much as a small child on putting its hands in front of its face believes that all that it could see has now been removed.
Your awakening is a withdrawing of your “collective hands” from in front of your faces to let in the Light that is eternally present. You have already decided, collectively, to do that, and so your awakening is assured. You have to remember that you are free. That means that God will not interfere with or override any choices that you make, even if those choices bring you intense suffering. That may sound as though He does not care about your well-being, but of course your well-being has been assured and taken care of since the moment of your creation.
As you know so well, anything that is not in total alignment with Love is unreal. However, when you chose to experience separation from Love by entering into the illusion, you closed your awareness and experienced what appeared to be abandonment in a strange and frequently hostile environment. It was an environment in which there were a multitude of life forms some of which threatened and attacked you, sometimes causing you great pain as they killed you. It was indeed a terrifying place in which you found yourselves. Sometimes you formed groups for mutual support and protection, and when you felt strong enough you would attack other groups to steal from them – their land, their food, their possessions – or to totally subjugate them. And as your history shows you that is still occurring.
Nevertheless, you have made the collective decision to awaken, and the signs of that momentous decision can be seen all across the world as ever increasing numbers of you realize that the old ways do not work, never have worked, and that the only way forwards is by being the Love and the Peace that you want to see in the world. You cannot make others loving and peaceful however forcefully you attempt to do so – free will not only operates between you and God, but also between each one of you. It is a divine gift that each and every one of you possess, and although you can intimidate and subjugate another by force of arms, you cannot override their free will.
Peace can only occur when all cooperate in loving harmony to achieve the most favorable results for all involved. That realization has now dawned on so many who are now living it that it will come to pass. There is no one on Earth who does not want a loving and peaceful life.
Before now the fear of pain and suffering that others might inflict on you – barbarians or savages, and in the present age, terrorists – led you to build defenses and armaments to protect yourselves. But because your distrust of one another was so great, you then used your weapons for preemptive strikes to destroy or subjugate the others before they did it to you.
Your increasing general awareness that this can never work is leading you forwards towards a moment when you all, one by one as individuals, will formally resolve never again to take up arms against anyone for any reason. At present that idea still seems insane to many because history has also shown you that when groups did that they were inevitably overrun by those who would steal their territory and subjugate them.
However, the Tsunami of Love that envelops and embraces the planet is changing that. Many who have fought in wars, and many who are doing so presently are becoming acutely aware of the absolute insanity of believing that by destroying others peace can be established on Earth! You have never had peace on Earth. But now it is to come about.
Those who live in fear, and there are many of them, will be most vociferously opposed to any laying down of arms, but the vast majority on the planet truly want just that to happen. Consequently most of the fearful ones will be overwhelmed by the Love that is invading their personal energy fields from so many directions and they will release their emotional hold on fear. Those who choose to hold on to their fears may well become even louder in their objections, producing all kinds of unloving and violent arguments to persuade you that to go down the path of Love is insane and will be catastrophic for humanity.
I can assure you that this will not be the case. You are, each and everyone of you, inseparable aspects of the divine energy field of Love in which all exists. Love is your nature and It will be seen and experienced, personally. Those who, despite all the Love invading their individual energy fields, continue their resistance will find themselves in an environment that suits their beliefs and fears until they too are ready to accept the Love that is offered to them ceaselessly in every moment of their lives. No one has been abandoned, and no on will remain forever asleep.
Humanity is to awaken. It is God's Will, and the will of humanity that you do so, and as you can see, if you pay attention and choose to see, the affects of the Tsunami of Love are evident all across the world dissolving barriers and enmities everywhere. So, keep holding your Light on high and bring it on!

​Dear Ones,
Today is another beautiful day to love. This moment, all around you is jam-packed with beautiful treasures if you will allow yourself to see. You have perhaps heard such things many times, but it is a truth that bears repeating for like all lessons it is repeated until learned. If you have chosen to open up your senses & to become more aware, you have no doubt discovered that this is indeed true. Still one forgets or rather gets distracted, & furthermore there is far more that remains to be seen.
Your ability to see pertains to the amount of light which you have allowed in or to be realized. It is indirectly proportional to the darkness or false beliefs you have released from within your being, or that which hinders your ability to sense the love. Sometimes you may be given to think, "well I just released a whole bunch of things", but we would tell you there is still more. Like layers of the onion, there is more work to do. You must learn to see this as a good thing! The more you have released, the more light you may enjoy! It is important you enjoy the journey rather than fixate solely upon the end result.
Whatever you are able to experience in your 3D illusion is but a clue to your inner world. All is co-created from the meta-physical or spiritual realms which IS reality. It starts here, not vice versa as you are so long accustomed to believing. Your outer world is a reflection of your  inner reality. This should give you clues to what you are able to experience & to what you deem needs to change. It also illustrates the importance of seeking within. It is difficult to find satisfactory solutions to the challenges one faces without for its ultimate source is in consciousness. You may observe the projected symptoms of an inner issue in the events & issues around you for these reflect for you what is within, but dear children you will eventually discover that the true solutions for your core challenges are within. Outwardly, you may find "Band-Aid solutions" of the ego, but a lesson will be repeated until learned - the goal is for complete healing, understanding & to discover unbounded love, with nothing half-way or mediocre about it!
The Angels of Light

Nothing needs to be fixed. Everything is unfolding perfectly. So when you stand in your now accepting that all is well, then from that vibration, you become surrounded by more and more evidence that all is well. But when you're convinced that things are broken, that there is pollution, or that things have gone wrong, or that the government is doing conspiracies... then what happens is you get caught up in that vibration, and you begin to manifest that kind of stuff, and then you say, "See, I told you that things were going wrong."
