Gratitude takes you higher
Some days are a little tougher to get through than others, but if we can just put in a little more positive love energy we can sometimes ascend above the clouds where the air is clearer & you can find the sunshine again! Gratitude & praise are some of the best tools we have to get us there. Even if you don't feel like it & you show intent these amazing energies can tip the scales wondrously!
When the body just says no way on those lower energy days such as when it is rainy, cold & grey outside, just be sure you are taking it easy by going with the flow of the stream rather than fighting it...
