As our Consciousness grows we are more present on the inside. The Great Observer inside is more alert and centered. It’s a simple feeling of inner silence that keeps us stable when the world is storming around us. We feel more present inside and less vulnerable outside. It is like the ocean might have a storm on the surface but deep inside it is calm.
Even our thoughts are outside the Inner Observer. The thoughts and feelings in our mind can still shout at us, but no longer push us. Just like the waves can throw our boat around on the surface, if our boat becomes a submarine and dives under the surface we become calm. We remain centered inside as an observer of our thoughts and can make clearer decisions than we could before.

This feeling of Inner Presence can be very strong sometimes and might even make us dizzy as we feel a new level of the Presence coming up. But all is well, the Presence is getting stronger and we are adjusting to the new experience of not being so attached to the outside world as well as the world of our thoughts and emotions.
The most important thing to do when the Presence becomes stronger is to move our heart and feel more love. Generate love from the inside rather than responding to the outside. If we become too emotional, turn inside and let go. Just relax into the inner silence and express love without attachment to the reasons for your emotions. Don’t worry about what is happening outside, just move your love from inside and change the situation.
Centering in this way will help you to be free of the push and pull of the world and help you to be more Non-Dual in your outlook. Buddha told us to calm yourself inside if you want your world to be calm. Take care of your inside and watch how the outer world changes. Respond with emotions and watch how the world stays the same and never changes.

Our mind focuses on our problems and creates separation with too much worry. When Love arises from inside of us the problems of Duality melt away and solutions appear. The Love Mantra can change the nature of your mind as your Consciousness expands deep inside and becomes Infinite Love.

Love is the ocean that gave birth to the waves. The ocean remains silent in its own Oneness but appears on the surface as an individual expression of a wave. When the wave can no longer see the Ocean inside of its self, then the force of the wind pushes the wave and creates resistance. The wave focuses on the push and pull of life and becomes confused. All of your problems arise from too much focus on your problems and not enough love filling your heart.

The simple solution occurs as the wave looks inside itself and expands into the entire field of the Ocean. Meditation with the Love Mantra expands the field of Infinite Love that already exists inside of you. As you relax into meditation, you will naturally let go of your focus on Duality and all your worries get released. The more you relax with the Power of the Love Mantra, the more you merge with the Infinite Oneness of our own True Nature. You are the Ocean already. There is only One Consciousness at the very center of your being.

When you mind focuses on your problems, you leave the Oneness of the Ocean of Love and get caught up in the force of the wave of your individual mind. Too much thinking always creates loneliness and confusion. The individual mind becomes so focused on individual problems that it forgets how to feel the Love that is inside.

Maybe you have tried to think more lovingly and found how difficult it is. Thinking is not the solution to your problems. Let go of your worries and melt into the deep Inner Peace that only the Ocean of Love can bring you. Meditation with the Love Mantra is so easy. Anyone can do it. Love is the force that removes all separation and all worries. Meditate with the Love Mantra and discover the Infinite Ocean of Love that is waiting for you. The Universe does not know if the vibration you are offering is because of what you are imagining, or because of what you are observing. In either case, it is responding. Where emotion comes in is that emotion is your guidance or your response to your vibration. Your emotion does not create. Emotion is your indicator of what you are already creating. As you think, you vibrate. And it is your vibrational offering that equals your point of attraction. So it's always a match. What you are thinking and what is coming back to you is always a vibrational match. The emotion (your Guidance System) is telling you what's coming.

Dear Ones,

Manifesting is a big part of the fun, but from our advantage point we can see that too many of you are still holding on too tight!  It isn't meant to be a struggle or even hard work, it's primarily a matter of allowing.

You see, it's your job to desire, to want to try something or bring something into your sphere of awareness & experience something new, but this should be done with a childlike wonder & excitement - totally immersed in love. For many once you have a picture of what you want in your mind, the race is on. You quickly become anxious in racing towards what you want with the idea you must achieve something before anyone else does. This approach only succeeds in manifesting anxiety, worry, frustration & adds to your false beliefs that "it will never work". Don't you see, there is no competition - the universe is not only abundant,  but there is nobody else - there is oneness & there is your individual unique co-creative power to manifest for the greater good of all as well as your own soul purpose. This means that ONLY YOU can imagine, desire, create & experience just as you can - it is not a race against another. It is not a race against time, for all will occur in divine right time & it is not within your knowing to manage the timing of all that happens either within your immediate sphere or behind the scenes in bringing your desires to fruition.

No Dear Ones, it's about "LETTING GO & LETTING GOD", for according to your faith it will be done. When you do not let go you are saying "I'll handle it" to the universe. Your ego mind takes over & attempts to try to figure everything out though you have no perspective on the big picture. When you let go, you give it over to the heavenly realms to orchestrate a wondrous symphony of circumstances to transpire & deliver the magic.

Intend on what you want, then give it to God & the heavenly realms - believe that you have received it as if it is a "done deal" . Now it's time to go on with your day, don't hover in anxiety for it to happen, go out & live, all the while with joy, happiness & gratitude as your companions!

Dear Ones,

We the Council of Light wish to speak with you now about the subject of laughter! We wish you to know that you need to have more fun . We understand all of the emotional trials, energy shifting exhaustions, physical challenges & so forth that you all endure at varying degrees, but chose to be kind to yourselves. Chose to release all the worries of the day, which are only momentary, & cut loose! Laughter is purely letting go. It is another, higher form of release, for it combines the letting go into the ethers of all your worries & holding on to controls with the energy of joy!

Begin with the intent & knowing that laughter is in itself a love energy. As with all energies & manifesting of what you want to have more of in your life, the starting point is intent. Say it out loud, tell your soul that you are fun, happy, joyful , you want to laugh & to find the humour in things. Imagine yourself as the happy being you truly ARE, then let go ! Repeatedly affirm these positive new traits on a daily basis or even more. Know that LOVE will bring forth such things into your experience. Observe what happens, as the synchronicities of events, people & circumstances develop in your life.

The universe is your place to PLAY. Too many of you feel burdened and when you should be having a good chuckle - let go !  Please, Dear Ones, have some fun! Laugh a little, for all is well for ALL IS LOVE.
