There is no condition that you cannot modify into something more, any more than there is any painting that you can paint and not like and just paint over it again. There are many limiting thoughts in the human environment that make it feel like it is not so, as you have these incurable illnesses, or these unchangeable conditions. But we say, they are only "unchangeable" because you believe that they are

It is only in the space of focusing on love that we will find the answers or solutions, but everything can change. Love is always changing & expanding. Think about it this too, anywhere you feel stuck, there is a hidden fear & fear is not real - it holds no power to keep you in a situation until you believe in it & give it attention such that it expands attracting more of the like...  Get into that space of love- when you do this solutions may come through your intuition. You may not be able to disentangle the entire issue, but the universe will offer you a sense of your next step when called upon. Trust, let go, & take the step. As you do another will appear, & then another.
