The vast difference between the old and the new is shifting from wondering, “What do I have to do?” to “What do I choose to do?” and from “Who do I have to be?” to “Who do I choose to be?”  If you feel into it, the first questions feel constraining while the second questions feel expansive. The fact that you are even exploring these thoughts is a great indicator that you are ready to step into your sovereignty and from there so much more is possible.
