Abraham - on feeling good then letting go

Begin modulating thought in terms of the way that it feels rather than in terms of the results that it will net you. The tendency is to flow a little Energy and then take score. Well, the problem is, as you flow the Energy, the Universe responds instantly. But when you take score, you're right back in that reality again.

Using a fishing analogy, it's a little like catch & release. To manifest something it's mostly about the feeling rather than words to describe what we want. If you attach a feeling of goodness, love, happiness to our desire we are attaching a powerful emotion that the universe cannot ignore - the more loving & positive the better. If we follow it or combine it with feelings of yearning, longing or anxiety we are actually attaching emotions of lack or not wanting, or also drawing in what we are thinking/feeling of what we don't want. So just feel good & let go- let the universe do its thing while we let go & trust..
