There's power in your words

There is TREMENDOUS accumulative power in our words. We are energy & all is energy & words are no different. With words , whether spoken silently in our heads or out loud or written to others or to ourselves especially, have power to change us,  block us, accelerate our growth & much more.

Take a moment and think on all the things you on a daily basis.  What you say to others and your self-talk can either empower or disempower you.  “I can”, “I will”, “I do”, “I am” and “I have” have manifesting abilities beyond your wildest imagination!  Phrases that include “I can’t”, “I won’t”, “I don’t”, “I’m not” and “I haven’t” give your power away.

If you do one thing today, let it be a conscious change in your vernacular to embrace your Universe-given gift of positive and upward movement.  It has, is and always will be yours…….USE IT! ~ Creator
