A Message from the Universe - You are safe
Dave Annis, Hartbridge.ca Wed., June 30 Good Day! Today we wish to speak with you so as to reassure you that all is well. There's so much happening &each being on the planet is unique & hence there are a multitude of different emotional responses to all that is transpiring on your planet. There is much fear, but this stems from the egoic response of not feeling in control. Although it is a natural response to be in fear in various situations, especially if there have been past harms experienced. It is important to have compassion for all including ones self as these fears present themselves. At the same time it is important that these fears come to the surface to be acknowledged & healed for they longer serve. Releasing of fears is akin to being set free from shackles that bind. Fears ask one to believe in their false facade & then proceed to hold them hostage. The Universe wants you to know you are safe now for the new era of love is upon this planet & it is safe to let go of the old. It is the desire of Source for every soul to be free & to know the love from which they have been made. Those entities that for eons created a culture of fear have & are being removed at this time - you, Dear Ones are free at last! The masses are awakening now & each soul will be in the same boat searching for love, expression & expansion. It is safe for you now & it is important to let others know this now - send love to every situation & watch what happens! Namaste

Archangel Gabriel Daily Message - Monday, June 28, 2021 Trinity Esoterics shelley@trinityesoterics.com via gmail.mcsv.net You understand one of the most healing things you can do for another is to truly listen to them and acknowledge their feelings. Imagine how healing it would be if you would simply do that for any unhealed aspects of yourself. This is exactly why emotions come up – not to overwhelm you or make you uncomfortable but as an opportunity for you to hold a loving space of acknowledgment so those aspects can move beyond the pain of being avoided or dismissed and finally heal. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young Cut yourself some slack

Lack When we view life from a place of lack, that's how we'll experience it. Shift into gratitude and watch your world change. We all know what it feels like to want something we don't have. It may be a pair of expensive jeans, a romantic partner, or rent money; it may be a certain attitude, a car, or a savings account. This is part of life, and in the best-case scenario, we experience a constant flow of money and material possessions, companions and experiences, in and out of our lives. However, many of us linger in a state of wanting and not having, a state of lack that never seems to subside. We consistently perceive ourselves as not having what we need or not having what we want. This is an energetically draining state to be in. It is also self-perpetuating because how we feel about ourselves determines what we are able to create for ourselves. How we feel profoundly influences how we perceive our reality. When we feel we are lacking, we look around and see what is not there. On the other hand, if we feel abundant, we can look at the very same situation and see a completely different picture, one full of blessings and advantages. The more we see the blessings, the more abundant we feel, and the more blessings we attract. Similarly, if we see lack, we tend to create and attract that energy. If you find yourself habitually residing in a feeling of lack, it may be due to a core belief formed in your childhood or even in a past life. It may be because you are out of touch with your inner divinity, which is the source of your abundance. In any case, know that your perception of lack is a misperception that can be corrected with awareness and effort. It can be as simple as taking 10 or 15 minutes each day to quiet your mind and imagine yourself in a state of unlimited abundance, handling the financial demands and others in your life with total ease, drawing from an endless supply of resources. Know that it is your birthright to be fully supported in the fulfillment of your needs and desires. Archangel Gabriel Daily Message - Mon., June 7, '21
Trinity Esoterics shelley@trinityesoterics.com via gmail.mcsv.net It is quite common when human beings suddenly experience forward movement towards their dreams to fall into fear and doubt. We would like to discuss this today When you are about to take a big leap or enter a phase of profound expansion, your ego self will often panic. It is the part of you that likes things to stay the same. It can be helpful to think of it as a toddler who doesn’t like sudden change and likes to feel like they are in charge. If this occurs, all you need to know is the ego self is looking for reassurance that it won’t be left behind. You can simply let it know it is an essential part of you that is honoured and will always go with you. This is, again, getting all the parts of you cooperating and participating with your forward movement, just as you would reintegrate any fragmented aspects of self. When seen through this new lens of awareness, you can actually see your fear and doubt as proof positive you are onto something. If you were not, the ego would not be making a peep. There is also a human belief that if you believe too much in your dreams you will somehow jinx them. Dear Ones, you know better than that. Your dreams are how your soul beckons you forward. Engage with your life! Trust in your dreams and highest potentials. Don’t you owe it to yourself to see how big and beautiful your life really wants to be? We say absolutely! When you whole-heartedly allow the unfoldment to lead you into the discovery of those highest potentials you become a willing dance partner with a universe that adores you. Do you see? Your full participation has been the magic ingredient all along. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young DailyOM <today@dailyom.com> Unsubscribe3:37 AM (12 hours ago)
Kindness Kindness expands the light within us and reaches out to touch the light in others as well Kindness is an ideal that is easily accessible to all of us. We all know that a small kindness can make our journeys lighter and more enjoyable. Even bringing an instance of kindness to mind can put a smile on your face days or weeks later or perhaps even inspire you to share kindness with another. Though it may seem simple to the point of insignificance, many cultures throughout the world and history have recognized kindness as a powerful virtue. It may be the simplest way to experience and share all the grandest ideals of humanity. We can make the choice to act from the best place within ourselves at any time, while simultaneously recognizing the highest potential in another with the smallest of acts, nourishing the seed of hope in each soul we encounter. In a way, kindness acts as the oil that makes the engine of our world move more smoothly and with less friction. We can still get where we are going but the ride is more pleasant, and those around us can share in the ideal world that we help to create. We are all fortunate that kindness is limitless in its supply and available to everyone. When we act in ways that confirm our ideals, we make the ideal our reality. Then, instead of affirming the experience of struggle and competition, we can shift our experience to the reality of ease and pleasurable camaraderie with the fellow citizens of the world. Whether giving way to someone in traffic or letting someone go ahead of us in line, donating money or sharing our resources in a crisis, we actively create a universe of kindness and giving with every choice we make. The smallest gesture can bring a smile to light the shadow of an unpleasant situation or remove tension from a difficult task, but it's effects can echo and extend far beyond the moment. We can be sure that we will receive a kindness in return, but giving is its own reward. Kindness expands the light within us and reaches out to touch the light in others as well, giving us all a glimpse of the glow that has the power to enlighten our world. ![]() Laura Koniver, MD info@intuition-physician.com via aweber.com Hearing Birds Sing Might Be Just As Important To You As Your Next Paycheck, Here’s Why
More evidence that Mother Nature can boost your happiness like nothing else can… a new study suggests that bird diversity is as important to life satisfaction as an income is. This study, published in Ecological Economics on Nov 2020, found that not only is happiness correlated with local bird diversity, but a 10% boost in bird diversity actually increases happiness to a similar magnitude as a 10% boost in income does! We’ve known for a while that animals improve our mood, health, and even boost longevity (I’ve blogged about how pets can do all of this and more for you right here) and that plants do much the same… decreasing depression rates, anxiety rates, and dramatically reducing stress. But even knowing all of that, I still think if you ask most people if they would rather see a couple extra birds today or earn a slightly higher paycheck, most would assume that money would provide more satisfaction. This study suggests we might actually be just as happy — perhaps even happier — if we increase our exposure to birds. Analyzing data from over 26,000 adults across 26 different countries, researchers evaluated biological diversity, socio-economic data and life satisfaction surveys to examine what makes the biggest impact on our long term happiness. It turns out, more than plants, more than large fauna, more than insect or tree diversity, bird diversity has the biggest impact on happiness… comparable in magnitude to that of income. So today’s tip is — stop and look for birds. Or, even easier, just stop and listen. We can often hear birds even when we can’t see them. Living in an urban area? There are still birds. Listen for them in early morning — sunrise is the best time to hear birds — or listen in the late afternoon hours. Want to increase the amount of birds you see and hear? Hang a bird feeder in a window, put some potted plants, a birdbath or a birdhouse on a porch, balcony or doorstep — even without a yard, you absolutely can attract more birds to you, even in urban settings. For inspiration, check out this blog post on Bryony Angells’s blog — it’s so adorable — her hummingbird feeders and more hung up on a 10th story balcony that get’s plenty of attention from local birds! Want to give your body a double shoot of happiness and a health boost? Combine grounding and birding (simply touch a leaf or a tree or a flower or a rock or a balde of grass and you will be grounded while you listen to the lovely birdsong) and you will be directly supporting your body’s function while simultaneously boosting your happiness. Crave to hear more of nature’s natural sounds? Consider a weekend away. If you want to plan a trip around where you’ll see the most birds, or even one particular bird you’d like to see, you may enjoy birding apps like Birdseye, that give you up to date information on where to find birds, and will tell you what birds are actually around you, no matter where you are! Grab some binoculars, consider getting up a little earlier than you normally would (sunrise is often the best time to listen to birds!) and have fun. There is great evidence to suggest that even one weekend in nature can boost your long term health. A study published in Biomedical and Environmental Sciences in 2012 showed that even a brief intervention of one single weekend spent in nature had significant health benefits — reducing stress, reducing inflammation, and even boosting the body’s immune response, compared to staying in an urban environment for the weekend. After only a two day immersion in nature, study participants had measurably boosted immunity markers in the blood, lowered blood inflammatory markers, lower cortisol levels, boosted natural killer cells, and improvement of several other markers of immunity and inflammation. But here is the best part: not only was this health boost significant immediately, but it persisted for an entire month after just that one single weekend in nature! So one weekend in nature sustained an improvement in health for weeks, well after the subjects returned to their urban living. The researchers even suggest that routine visits in nature may provide long term anti-cancer benefits, because the subjects who spent a weekend in nature had boosted T Cell and Natural Killer cell function (which produce anti-cancer proteins) that persisted for weeks. They encourage time spent in nature as a healthy part of a cancer prevention plan, and I agree… if you can’t get outside in nature daily, these studies suggest that planning one weekend a month can still make a huge difference in not only your current health, but protecting your future health as well. If you can strive to take on weekend a month as a break from your daily grind in order to support your long term health, you can reap the benefits of weeks of boosted health, even if you can’t live in nature. And as today’s study suggests, you might just find that giving yourself a little bit of time to enjoy the singing of birds on these weekend breaks gives you more life satisfaction than your paycheck does. |
