Eclipses to Equinox: the ultimate balancing act

The energies of the new month are already beginning to arrive, heralding the entrance of some superhero (m-f) rebalancing efforts set to take place in our lower body system in preparation for 2017…a year when the planet will need as many people as possible anchored in divine neutrality.
We are moving into a period of grounding, a profound integration of the new accelerated creation cycle which amplified exponentially thru the Lion’s Gate, and becomes fully viable on the September 22nd equinox, directly following the last eclipse of the year.
I know that many are relieved that August is coming to a close but the Leo energy amounted to an absolute inferno of creative fire that was so necessary for this upcoming cycle.  It brought with it many perks, but also many challenges, as we were required to burn off anything still preventing our fully empowered (divine) Self expression.  The upside is that we realized, with the right perspective, that the fires of hell are really just those of transmutation…dogged in their determination to empower us to become the leaders of our own lives.
And from what I am hearing, so many have succeeded in ways that will not only change the course of our entire life’s creation, but the entire course of human history.

During the 8-8 gateway we were also downloaded with the codes to access the blueprint for the whole next year of our creating…enlightened visions/inspirational ideas/creative concepts that will unfold over the course of 2017 and that are intrinsically tied to the (Eden) blueprint for earth. Next month will be spent incorporating this intelligence into our bodies and lives in order to move forward with plans for implementation and production.
As we unzip the files for our next level creations we also begin the process of bringing this year’s creations to completion.  Add to that 1) two more eclipses, 2) the equinox, and the fact that 3) we are in the 9th month of the year, 4) completing a 9-year universal cycle and..well…you are looking at a serious September to remember.
More than the inevitable (and even monumental) endings approaching, we are going to be called to master the application of balance in our lives as we will be at once moving into our new positions, finishing up important details needed to provide us with some necessary (in some cases lifetimes of) closure, while simultaneously resting/recalibrating and retreating inward to receive important new soul directives.
This balancing act, fundamentally between BEing and DOing (but really so much more than that), is showing itself as a real task of dedication, refinement and acuity….ingenuity even…as well as a time to be ultra flexible, open and ready for anything.  We are going to be learning how to be up & down/inward & outward, all at the same time. Productive and yet still.  It may sound impossible, but this is what transcendence offers those who are willing/ready/able to leave the ways of duality behind for good.
All of this is the growing result of our inner m-f merger process, the ‘mystical marriage’ that is currently underway for many, enabling us to experience both our human and divine aspects/desires/intentions as ONE. NOTE: The Mystical Marriage is the merging energies of the (masculine charged) pituitary and (feminine charged) pineal glands, which initiate the birth of our multidimensional consciousness…the union of spirit and matter. Hello vertigo.
Ultimately, we are in the process of learning how to truly parent ourcellves…how to live as LOVE, with our hearts open and in first place, while also bringing the newly divine (on earth) masculine energy forward to support and protect the sacred inner feminine with the (higher) mentality and boundaries needed to live fully, openly, vulnerably, and in the world again.  We are learning how to fully rely on the new balanced relationship of our inner divine mother and father to completely orchestrate our lives now.
In the process of masterfully balancing these polarities we are remembering-in-action that to be sovereign is to live in full trust that we will spontaneously receive (command forth) what we need in each moment, AS we need it…that our only j-o-b is to move confidently thru life as the embodiment of LOVE itSelf, allowing for the Force of creation to construct every detail of our every divine request for every new life experience.

Animals And Spiritual Evolution

Animals play an essential part in the grand plan of life. Yet too often, we think of animals simply as things to serve us when in fact, they have souls and are on an evolutionary path just as we are. Animals look up to humanity for love and inspiration. We in the human kingdom have a sacred duty to help them in their spiritual development. Evolution unfolds at every stage of life—mineral, vegetable, animal as well as human. Just as the angels and archangels help us in our evolution, humans and meant to help the animal souls.
Domestication is a key way of helping the animals. When you take in an animal as a pet, it’s not just for your pleasure. You are giving that animal an opportunity to develop spiritually. Animals are like spiritual sponges. They absorb and are uplifted by the love you give them. If you have a farm or ranch, you have an even better opportunity to help. Organizing a rescue shelter or adoption organization, becoming a veterinarian are all ways to contribute to the welfare of animals.
Metaphysically speaking, animals have auras! They’re not going to have as large or as complex an aura as humans, but they have strong auras just the same. A cat, for example, will usually have an aura that reaches out about a foot in all directions. The colors will often be pink, red, and yellow. A dog will have a slightly larger aura, extending maybe a foot and a half. Blue, red, and pink are often seen in a dog’s aura especially if it’s loyal. The aura around a horse will be even larger, extending three feet in all directions often with green, yellow, red, pink, blue, and violet spiritual colors. An animal’s aura changes depending on its feelings and moods. They express anger, fear, sadness, and joy in their auras like humans do.
Animals are instinctually psychic. They can often see spiritual energies around each other and people. They can even reach a place of tuning into their own higher nature. In this way, they go through a type of enlightenment and take on qualities we would start to identify as human. In many ways, they are more in tune with the spiritual realms than us, until we have learned to awaken our spiritual nature.
Animals serve the divine in so many ways, but mainly by the giving of themselves. Humans gain strength and support from this miraculous part of nature. So, do your best to honor your relationship with the animals. Help them and let them help you. In turn, you will be fulfilling an essential part of the divine plan of life.

— SocratesMy Awakening Journey and Why I Started this BlogI "awakened" to my higher-self in the early part of 2014, after having been an atheist/agnostic scientist type with absolutely no spiritual beliefs for most of my life.  I'd been in a protracted depression "dark night of the soul", then suddenly, it dissolved, and an overwhelming feeling of fearlessness, confidence, and power came over me.  Then strange and wondrous things began happening — enhanced intuition, constant synchronicities, a heightened sense of the beauty of everything around me, and lots of good luck.  Everything fascinated me.  I started studying all sorts of topics with a burning passion — like I was on a quest — except I didn't know why.
After three or four months of constant magic that couldn't possibly be explained scientifically, I finally threw my hands up in the air and surrendered to the Universe.  “OK, OK, I give up. The Universe isn't what I thought, not with all this divine magic going on.  I'll bet it has something to do with spirituality, and I intend to get to the bottom of it! ” I said in my head.  So my quest continued, and I turned my studies towards spirituality and metaphysics.  It wasn't long before I had a completely new understanding of myself and the Universe, and it resonated deeply with me.
Since then the divine magic has continued unabated, and I continue to feel graced by the Universe.  I experience frequent moments of utter bliss where I break down and cry like a baby.  I've continued my spiritual/metaphysical studies, and my understanding continues to grow.  What we are is utterly magnificent and with this knowing nothing will ever be the same again!
With my passion for this subject, I knew that I had to make it my purpose to share this knowledge.  So I started this blog to share my thoughts, and I'm also working on a couple of books.  Writing is new for me so its a challenging path, but there's nothing else I'd rather be doing!

Being Authentically You - 13-Aug-2016 

After much release, our potential now is to build new lives. This means different things to different folks, depending on where one is on their Ascension Path. As we move forward, it will feel lighter and easier in many ways. We clear more, yet it flows more easily if we don't resist. We clear more, yet it flows more easily without the resistance of digging in our heels to slow down the journey. While many say they want this shift, when it becomes so real, the same ones resist any change in their comfort-lives. While it seems to be flowing easier, we are preparing for some major calibrations in September. How this might look depends on our perspective and willingness. The best way is through, while staying true to ourselves. While much in the world is straining to pull us into the drama, we must stay within our Hearts and remain being the eye of the storm. This strengthens us and helps us be committed to our path, even while the world goes through its more difficult Transformation. There is a lot of resistance “out there,” and resistance creates pain and confusion and defensiveness. Defensiveness is a sure sign someone is holding onto their old ways of being. It's a separate ego protection.


There is still so much duality in the world, which means there still is much duality within us (remember, what is “out there” is a reflection of what is within). Just this morning I observed a so-called spiritual posting that indicated being against anything that destroys is wrong. This is duality. Any time a being is against something, they are dancing in duality, for to be against is resistance to what is. When one is for something, the energy then flows in the direction of what they are for; say, Love. So next time you judge someone or something, you are in duality and are resisting the shift to Be Love. Staying neutral helps. This doesn't mean you don't feel; you feel and know the emotion moves through. For instance, since my beloved kitty-partner transitioned I have felt such grief. I allow the grief, for then it transforms to Love and I see the Truth and in this way, I experience more Freedom to be more Love. I don't attach to grief, but I let it flow and observe it. And this is how we can be in the world but not of it.


When we have a strong Heart, we are strong within and our Souls thrive. Meditation in the Heart is the key to this strong Heart. We can read all the spiritual words in the world, but unless we integrate them, only the intellect grows strong, while the Heart remains static. When a person cries for help, no help comes unless the Heart is active and strong. When we withdraw from the external matrix, we strengthen our Commitment to evolve. When we are strong in this Commitment, that which doesn't serve us is easily transformed. Then we have more energy for self-Love and self-care. When we get pulled into the old matrix of duality, we give our energy away and there is little left within for us to stay focused in order to be a Lighthouse for all of life. Old wounds are healed and wholed and we move from depression and self-pity to the strong and enduring Heart. When we stay focused on our path of Ascension, nothing can disturb us. When we are distracted by life's ongoing drama, we lessen our focus.


When we are focused within, we empower our mastery, and it doesn't matter what "craziness" goes on in the worldly matrix. We are strengthened; not weakened. So much happens with this Strength. Our Light is stronger, our cells vibrate in a higher and brighter Light and we attract what resonates with all of who we are. This is the beginning of being crystalline...our bodies transform to Diamond Consciousness; being multi-faceted and multidimensional. We continue to rise upward in a Sacred Spiral, fully awake and aware of every thought, feeling and action; as well as that of others. Being more sensitive means we are more intuitive and feeling and therefore, our Guidance is stronger. With our Guidance (inner Guidance) we make choices that are aligned with Soul for our highest evolution. And as we rise higher, our powerful Light then helps others who are ready to awaken and be more Love.


The Light downloads continue non-stop in a steady flow. Before, we could count on some rest and time to integrate; now we integrate as we go. It really doesn't take a gateway or portal to bring them through, as there is no time in Truth. I understand though how humans are so fond of particular dates; whether it's a holiday or a gateway; humans love their time slots as though they have to celebrate or do something when the calendar tells them to. Isn't this also a part of the old matrix? Aren't all timelines and labels part of the old matrix as well? I can't tell you what's right, for that is entirely up to your own guidance and discretion. Just ponder it.


Since the high doses of Light are ongoing, stay as balanced and centered as you can. Meditation certainly helps, especially when you consciously ground to Source as well as to Earth (I see a column of Light that flows into the Crown, connects all chakras and then anchors at the core of Gaia to Her crystal cluster). Physically, everyone experiences the downloads and integration differently, according to where they are in their Ascension path. Some are sleeping deeply, while others are having very disruptive sleep (this is me and yet, I'm energized the next day...I have wondered if this is simply an ongoing experience and I will eventually acclimate to it as it continues; we shall see). I take nothing for granted, for I know we continue to shift. Headaches are different too; sometimes they are just fuzzy; some last a few days and some are fleeting. I just flow with it and suggest you do the same. You will never find the answer by wondering if it was something you ate or drank or if it's stress or something else your intellect tells you.


You may be having old memories surface. Some memories are painful and so it's easy to see them rise to be let go of. Some are pleasant, yet are you attached to the memory in some way? Let it go. You may have dreams in which someone in your past shows up; you can let those dreams go too. I have had beautiful dreams where there has been a connecting of Love, which is Forgiveness. I am always grateful for these dreams, which aren't really dreams; they're visitations. We may also recycle through what we thought was complete. There's no use in questioning it; accept and do whatever you do to let another layer go. There is no blame here it simply is how things work now; we are in a Sacred Spiral.


When we take everything we have experienced and know that we created it so that we may evolve, we free ourselves. No-one did anything to us (that's a perception), for if we believed this, then we are victims or rather, carry victim energy. We are not victims nor are we victimized. Take Responsibility for all that you have attracted. Let go of all blame and judgment. This is being true to yourself. If you believe or perceive that someone did something to hurt you, forgive and see them as a soulmate...someone who shook you awake to be more. No one can hurt you unless you carry victim energy within. Again, it's a perception. By not taking Responsibility for your creation, you are burdened forever by that other. You are not free; you carry them with you always. You may see both of you connected at the Heart in Oneness. Wouldn't this be a beautiful place if all let go of blaming others?


Let go of any roles or rules you have allowed or created. Rules and roles keep us stuck in the old. Let go of doing things out of obligation or because you always have done a particular thing or because it's an expectation of yours or of someone else's. Do things that expand your Joy. When you do things out of obligation, you become unbalanced and resentful. When you resent something or someone, everyone shuts down. Divine Service isn't an obligation; it is something you do because you resonate with it and for the Joy of it. If you feel Divine Service is a “should” in order to ascend, let it go. That is not Divine Service; there are no “supposed to's” in the New.


Know too that any time you change something, everything else adjusts, for we cannot separate one thing from another. It's like a mobile. If you cut off one item, the whole mobile bounces around until it finds its new balance. We're the same. Please don't let it stop you!


Remember that Divine Service is not necessarily a “spiritual” evocation. Divine Service is being authentically you. Being of Divine Service isn't necessarily spiritual at all, where everything that comes out of your mouth is based on the latest buzz words you've read or heard. Divine Service is being true to you, no matter what you're doing or who you're with. Divine Service is shining your Light by being wholly/holy you.

Navigating the New EnergiesPosted on August 10, 2016

Wow! That’s the only word that instantly comes to mind when I think of the energy that has come to earth as we head into the eclipse season. This flow of energy is requiring us to maintain as much balance as possible while opening ourselves to the new. In many ways it feels as if the field becomes unstable because of the flux of energies and it is dedication to staying centered that secures it again.

Deep Integration is taking place within the body:
Physically we are all over the place. Some are finding they need to sleep extra as it is the body’s way to integrate the energies. For me, I am finding that sleep is not coming as easy as it normally does. There is an undercurrent of excitement in my body that feels very similar to how I feel during a full moon.  The bonus to the sleeplessness is the lucid dreams and ideas that are streaming in. The biggest complaint I am hearing and have experienced are the headaches. The skull feels like it is being squeezed. For some this is debilitating and for others it is a back ground pain.  Children and pets are not immune to what is taking place, so you may find them extra clingy and moody. My little one woke in the middle of the night with a terrible headache and just held her head telling me how badly it hurt. She also felt warm, but by morning she was perfectly fine again. Vision is really interesting right now. This is a direct result of the light codes altering the brain. Some may experience blurry vision or even the eyes jumping when you try to read.

Understanding what is arising within emotionally:
Emotionally, many are experiencing what feels like a life review. Things are coming up within our memories and even in the physical so that we can reconcile and release the past. It feels very much like we are all making the choice of do I want to continue as I have always done or do I want to release and walk into the new. Some are even finding that people from their past are contacting them again or that another person who holds the same type of energy as a person in the past have come forward. For instance, you may encounter someone who has the energy of a past romantic partner so that you can decide if you want this energy in your life going forward.  When you see it this way, the patterning that we hold becomes clearer and it allows us to see how much we have changed in this process.
What I am also seeing is the resurgence of our stuff. Things we thought we had under control. Things we thought had changed or that we had overcome. It is in these moments when we feel we have fallen off the path that we must not beat ourselves up, but see that it is appearing again to show us parts that still need clearing. When you can see the same issue from a deeper perception of understanding and forgiveness of self and others, then you know that it is simply that you cleared a layer and are now going deeper. We can be terribly hard on ourselves and it is this self-depreciation that slows down the process not the fact that an issue has come up again.
Part of this process is owning our stuff and becoming aware of where it impacted our life. It is truly becoming completely responsible for all aspects, the good, bad and ugly. It is from this place of awareness that people can change. Yet, so many of us become aware, begin to change and because the results are not instantaneous we think we have failed.  When a pattern has been a part of our life for a long time the flow of energy confirming that pattern is very strong, it will take a lot to change it. For example let’s say someone has a habit of not taking responsibility and blaming others. The river of energy supporting this is long, wide and deep. When they decide to take responsibility, it diverts energy from the river into a stream. Energetically though that main river is still strong and flowing even though some was sectioned off. It will take a person consistently diverting the river of blaming others into the steam of responsibility before the original flow is weakened enough to not be the dominate energy.  It takes a strong person to really change themselves so when you do have slip ups, be compassionate and be your own cheerleader to make sure you continue putting energy into the flow you do want.

Understanding the flow of energies:
I’ve been contacted by a few people who feel that they missed out on the Lion’s gate energies because of a slip into old patterns or because they simply didn’t feel anything. I want everyone to understand that this is not a one shot deal. All energy that comes to earth during these incredible portal openings stays on earth. It does not simply go away once the event is over.  In December 2012 I was just really beginning my understanding of this process and was told that I needed to stay awake and mediate at exactly 12:12 on December 12, 2012 in order to receive the energies. Well, I tried but just couldn’t stay awake. I woke devastated thinking I had missed something, that I had been left behind. What I have come to realize now is that the codes on earth that triggered my awakening are the same ones that are triggering people now. When it is the person’s time, a switch is flipped and the process begins.
Think of each new energy portal and blast as a new course available at college. Not everyone will be ready for the higher class at the moment it is introduced. There may be prerequisites that need to be taken first. However, once all the prerequisites have been taken, the entrance into the next level is wide open. What is amazing is there is no time limit on when the courses have to be taken. Some will integrate and let go at lightning speed and others will take longer. There is no right or wrong, simply trust that all is happening in perfect order.
One thing that needs to be avoided on this journey is setting strict hard rules for yourself. Allow yourself to morph and experience all the different parts. Mediating is a great example. Do I recommend it, yes, but only if it brings you joy. You could go kayaking, walk on the beach, go for a drive etc. and achieve the same head clearing and centering of being.  When what we are doing becomes another obligation in life, we have lost the point. The point of all the spiritual practices are to bring you to you and at your core you are joyous and love filled for self and others. If what use to bring you joy, no longer does, then switch it up. Find new ways to bring yourself into balance.

The call to be of service to others:
Many are feeling the call to be of service. It is a strong pull but one that can lead to confusion. I find that some feel the call and it is so strong that they change everything in their life but then are paralyzed at how many things have changed in their life and fear takes over when they crunch the numbers. Nothing stops the flow of abundance more than fear.  What I would like all to understand is that many of you are needed exactly where you are at this moment. When you are no longer needed there it will feel like you have no other choice but to move on.  The call to be of service to others is an important one and many try to fit it into this spiritual box. That unless they enter into some sort of healing field, they are not serving.  Yet what is needed in this moment is for each person to recognize their worth and contribution in whatever form it appears. What is needed are boots on the ground.
Think of a person in your life who made a huge impact. Were they spiritual? Or did they simply provide you with something you needed. One of the people who made a giant impact in my life was my neighbor when I was a child. I adored her, even called her Granny. My home life was filled with turmoil, abuse and alcoholism. When my soul needed a retreat I would walk across the street and knock on her door. She would always great me with a smile and an ear. She soothed me just by being there. Was she in service? Absolutely. Throughout my corporate working career there were people who helped guide me and open up avenues of thought for me. They were people who saw me for me and held a deep love for all.  Yet, their job titles were manager, claims processor, health educator and mail room clerk. They brought the spirit of unconditional love and grace into their position and to me. They were the boots on the ground. We need more of that. To be of service means that you see people and value them for the brilliant, shinning souls they are. Your title and how you earn a living don’t really matter unless you bring your call to serve into what you do every day. Then you will see that your profession is just an avenue to reaching more people with loving, open energy.

Notes from the Ascending Energy Arc

There are big changes happening energetically right now in many levels of reality, in the planetary matrix and in our lives and forms/human energy systems. You are probably feeling this!
 
Diverse experiences of ascension are in play and this is happening simultaneously.
 
It's important to remember that after the shift in 2012, the energies of our planet opened up. The reason I mention this now is that there is not one way to have an ascension experience. There are diverse ascension timelines in play and that includes timelines for those still living largely in lower frequency states of awareness and that is perfectly fine. It's not impairing your experience or slowing down what is unfolding in perfect divine timing.
 
As we are all different and in different states of expression energetically, we are all having our own experience of these changes. We become increasingly empowered as we discover how to honor our own unique experience. Each of us have different paths. We can choose to know it's all moving in the same direction and in that awareness, we can focus on optimizing our energy and experience.
 
We have free choice in how we participate in this shift and we are sovereign - meaning we create our experience - whether we know this, believe this, or chose this. Sovereignty simply IS. We're awakening to that knowing, not creating it, it already is the way reality and all that is, is. Sovereignty empowers our greatest gift -- our own wholeness. We can choose to align with our higher levels, understanding all this and this helps us stay focused and to turn inward, when we need assistance, clarity and support.
 
This is not to diminish our collective experience. Loving kindness, warmth, support, understanding and humor between us and in our lives, are huge assets to effective and joyous participation.
 
There are ways we can choose to relate to what's happening that bring us into greater capacity. Allegiance to your Divinity is key. The more we relate to our experience as manifestations unfolding, viewing them as temporary and allowing them to flow...rather then using them to shape how we feel and think about ourselves, the more accord we have with the Christ within us.
 
Claiming and living this truth changes us. We are also changed by the liberating energies streaming into our world. We are changing structurally and in consciousness. We "know" this but in the moments we find our fear-based energies arising, it's helpful to remember it and live that knowing as wisdom.
 
Information, and insight are empowered when they become knowing. Knowing means we can act on something.
 
As we pay attention to how we're feeling, noticing when we're in fear and choose to live in knowing what is happening does not require fear, we can then choose to not identify with our experience and reorient to the truth of who we are, eternally. Our Divine Identity is unchanged by anything we experience. Ascension is uncovering that and we can further our experience by returning to that truth.
 
For many right now, passé energy structures are being cleared out.
 
This is playing out very dramatically in our world and in some of our lives, too. This is a good time to also know that ascension is a spiral experience of ongoing elevation of capacity for frequency. We may revisit things we thought were released before, only to change at a more substantial level.
 
Last night I had a very intense fear-based experience! * YUCK *   It lasted for about two hours. I used EFT/tapping to support the release of these obsolete fear-based patterns, and called in my higher levels, decreeing my alignment with the Christ within me. When at last the energy lifted and shifted, I felt calm, peaceful and confident as if it had never happened. This makes sense when we realize that fear is a construct and only love is real. Once the fear dismantled, there is not even a remnant of it!
 
As our consciousness changes, it activates our DNA.This places physical demands on our body, to recalibrate.
 
DNA is also changed by our behavior changes. As we begin to live claiming our divinity, relating to our life from that identity, we activate dormant DNA and change our very form. These changes require our bodies to use energy to adjust and revamp our system, transforming it to express what we're aligning to, as we continue to ascend. 
 
It's beneficial, no matter where we are, to choose an elevated state of being, moment to moment, repeatedly.
 
Our state of being, energetically, determines what we're available for; it sets our standard moment to moment. As we choose to align with the highest level of consciousness we can attune to, in the present, we facilitate our ascending life experience with skill and cooperation. Choosing, daily, to come into accord with our own higher levels, and making a point to be centered, calm, clear and open to our inner knowing, is a powerful and simply way to ride the waves.
 
We're approaching an Eclipse Cycle in September and a near-Eclipse preceding that in mid-August...after that, the lovely balancing energies of the Equinox.
 
Ultimately, the momentum within and streaming into our world is moving us into a state of being where we are in full alignment with our Christ Consciousness and expressing who we truly are. Any way in which you shift into more of that now, will help you feel more fulfilled, because that's that aim.
 
If you feel that direct transmissions of higher light would support you, call forth energy from your own wholeness, or book a channeled session with someone you trust and resonate with. Direct transmissions can help you reconnect the axiatonal lines within your body with the vaster lines within Creation, supporting your brain and you, in receiving, translating, integrating higher frequencies, thus empowering expanded unity of spirit as presence. Trust your knowing about what will serve you.
 
Lastly, I find it gives me considerable glee to know that infinite intelligence is expressing this whole unfolding process. We are each a demonstration of that love, a force of love embodied, and expressing with more and more clarity and light. All is well and we are One.

How are you?
 
I’ve been a student of angelology for over a decade. I’ll never forget the first time I went into silent prayer and called out internally to my angels. I had been haunted by a migraine ever since I was a little boy. This reoccurring intense headache made me feel sick, overwhelmed and sleepy.
 
Growing up we had no idea what the migraine headache was over. My parents knew I was a sensitive boy and after taking me off all sugar, E numbers and everything else the 90’s produced that wasn’t ‘good’ for you.
 
So here I am, my 14-year-old self, the Sunday school goer, on his knees. Calling out. Pleading. Asking. Hoping.
 
I asked the angels to remove my migraine headache, to my surprise, it vanished and was never to be felt again.
 
This was the beginning of an incredible relationship with everything angels. I truly believed and still do to this day that my angels helped me clear that pain. I believe that the pain was from many questions that had. I wanted to know what the world wanted with me from a very early age because I could see things that (mostly) other people couldn’t.
 
I couldn’t hold my water. I wanted everyone to know about their angels. I wanted everyone else to feel that love and support that became mine so instantly. I was evangelical about the angels (pun totally intended).
 
Many people were interested in angels when I shared about them but I also faced a lot of resistence. This same resistance is shared today particularly from religious people. I am often asked: Why do you pray to angels instead of going directly to God?
 
For a long time I would say: Well God made angels for us to pray to. These angels are working for God and so therefore, God would not be offended. This is what I stuck to for years. One of the things that i was conflicted with was the idea that God and the angels are somewhere else. You know? That Idea that they’re ‘up there’ and we’re ‘down here’.
 
It wasn’t until I started studying at a deeper level through meditation, reading books on quantum mechanics and really embodying the teachings of A Course in Miracles that I recognized that angels, God and love are all with us, within us, surrounding us and a part of us. Essentially you cannot separate one from the other – they come as a package, they come as one.
 
Today my response to that resisting question is simple and I wanted to share it with you because this knowing can really help others understand the miracles that the angels offer to us.
 
Here is my new idea and response:
 
If God was to be a heart and that heart was to beat, the beat would be an angel.
 
If God was to be a mind and that mind was to think, the thought would be an angel.
 
Therefore, when I’m speaking to an angel, I’m speaking directly to the heart of God.
 
When I’m speaking to an angel, I’m speaking directly to the mind of God.
 
The angels are one with God, the angels are an expression of complete love.
 
This is why I pray to angels, because when I speak to the angels I’m speaking directly to God’s love.

Science Has Spoken: Group Meditation Literally Changes the World

For those with a basic layman’s understanding of quantum physics, it may come as no surprise that the simple act of meditation can have quantum results that affect not only the meditator, but his or her surrounding community and the world as a whole. 
In 1978 a study was conducted on a group of meditators and as a result the “Maharishi Effect” was discovered.  7,000 people meditated with the intention of having a positive effect on the surrounding city for 3 consecutive weeks.  As a result of their intentional and collective meditation efforts, the collective energy of the city was totally transformed.  In fact the meditation effort was so powerful it reduced global rates of crime, violent acts, and deaths by an average of 16%.  There was also a reduction in the amount of suicides and car accidents and this was with all variables being accounted for.  To top it off, there was a 72% reduction in terrorist activity during the meditation project.
Since this time more than 50 studies have been done to test the validity of the Maharishi Effect and the results have confirmed the direct impact global meditation has on the world.  These studies are so clearly indicative of the power of meditation to transform global energy patterns that results have been published in the Journal of Crime and Justice.
According to peacefulwarriors.net, “For example, a day-by-day study of a two-month assembly in Israel during August and September of 1983 showed that, on days when the number of participants at a peace-creating assembly was high, the intensity of an ongoing war in neighboring Lebanon decreased sharply. When the number of participants was high, war deaths in Lebanon dropped by 76%.
 When the study was repeated in Wales, they got amazing results. In 1987 Merseyside had the third highest crime rate of the eleven largest Metropolitan Areas in England and Wales; by 1992 it had the lowest crime rate. 40% below levels predicted by the previous behaviour of the series. There were 255,000 less crimes in Merseyside from 1988 to 1992 than would have been expected had Merseyside continued to follow the national crime trend.”
Results like these would lead us to see that personal meditation is powerful beyond what we even understand from our everyday perspective.  It helps to drive home the awe-inspiring fact that truly ‘thoughts are things’ and when we think a thought, it is a form of fine vibrational matter that is contributing to the creation of all that we experience.  These effects are powerful and life changing for individuals but when people come together and use intention to direct their mental energy towards a collective vision, the results are LITERALLY world-changing.

We were Made for these Times

A Message of Hope and Inspiration

My friends, do not lose heart. We were made for these times. I have heard from so many recently who are deeply and properly bewildered. They are concerned about the state of affairs in our world now. Ours is a time of almost daily astonishment and often righteous rage over the latest degradations of what matters most to civilized, visionary people.
You are right in your assessments. The lustre and hubris some have aspired to while endorsing acts so heinous against children, elders, everyday people, the poor, the unguarded, the helpless, is breathtaking. Yet, I urge you, ask you, gentle you, to please not spend your spirit dry by bewailing these difficult times. Especially do not lose hope. Most particularly because, the fact is that we were made for these times. Yes. For years, we have been learning, practicing, been in training for and just waiting to meet on this exact plain of engagement.
Do not lose hope.This is a time of awakeningI grew up on the Great Lakes and recognize a seaworthy vessel when I see one. Regarding awakened souls, there have never been more able vessels in the waters than there are right now across the world. And they are fully provisioned and able to signal one another as never before in the history of humankind.
Look out over the prow; there are millions of boats of righteous souls on the waters with you. Even though your veneers may shiver from every wave in this stormy roil, I assure you that the long timbers composing your prow and rudder come from a greater forest. That long-grained lumber is known to withstand storms, to hold together, to hold its own, and to advance, regardless.
Holding together through the storm.In any dark time, there is a tendency to veer toward fainting over how much is wrong or unmended in the world. Do not focus on that. There is a tendency, too, to fall into being weakened by dwelling on what is outside your reach, by what cannot yet be. Do not focus there. That is spending the wind without raising the sails.


You can make a differenceWe are needed, that is all we can know. And though we meet resistance, we more so will meet great souls who will hail us, love us and guide us, and we will know them when they appear. Didn’t you say you were a believer? Didn’t you say you pledged to listen to a voice greater? Didn’t you ask for grace? Don’t you remember that to be in grace means to submit to the voice greater?
We are needed, that is all we can know.Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world all at once, but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach.
Any small, calm thing that one soul can do to help another soul, to assist some portion of this poor suffering world, will help immensely. It is not given to us to know which acts or by whom, will cause the critical mass to tip toward an enduring good.
One Act at a TimeWhat is needed for dramatic change is an accumulation of acts, adding, adding to, adding more, continuing. We know that it does not take everyone on Earth to bring justice and peace, but only a small, determined group who will not give up during the first, second, or hundredth gale.
One act of kindness at a time.One of the most calming and powerful actions you can do to intervene in a stormy world is to stand up and show your soul.
Soul on deck shines like gold in dark times. The light of the soul throws sparks, can send up flares, builds signal fires, causes proper matters to catch fire. To display the lantern of soul in shadowy times like these – to be fierce and to show mercy toward others; both are acts of immense bravery and greatest necessity.
Struggling souls catch light from other souls who are fully lit and willing to show it. If you would help to calm the tumult, this is one of the strongest things you can do.

Lifting each other up.Overcoming DespairThere will always be times when you feel discouraged. I too have felt despair many times in my life, but I do not keep a chair for it. I will not entertain it. It is not allowed to eat from my plate.
The reason is this: In my uttermost bones I know something, as do you. It is that there can be no despair when you remember why you came to Earth, who you serve, and who sent you here. The good words we say and the good deeds we do are not ours. They are the words and deeds of the One who brought us here. In that spirit, I hope you will write this on your wall: When a great ship is in harbor and moored, it is safe, there can be no doubt. But that is not what great ships are built for.
