Trust in the Divine Plan
We are drawing on the compassionate and timeless wisdom of The Gabriel Messages to provide insight and inspiration that we can apply every day of our lives.
For this week's issue, the message from Archangel Gabriel reminds us how important it is to have faith that there is a Divine Plan within all things.
The Gabriel Message Card for this Week
Trust in the Divine Plan, Bless it and
Bless the Divine Order inherent in every person and every situation.
It is sometimes extremely difficult to remember that there is a Divine Plan at work in our lives. In fact, I have heard it said that if we could just relax into it, there is no way that Life would not take us to our most Divine Destiny.
When there are situations that appear so dark, senseless and violent that we can't imagine that Divine Order is there, it is at those times that we must employ Radical Trust that God is working in and through all people and situations to bring forth the Highest Good for all concerned.
When we can't think of anything to do because the situations are so disturbing to us, the process of blessing is very powerful. When we bless something, we confer energy upon the subject of our focused intention.
This is a very powerful tool for a number of reasons. One, it gives us something to do so we do not feel so powerless in the situation. Two, it actually works to bring the power of Divine Light into the field that looks so dire. Divine Light contains the intelligence of God. That means that the Divine Intelligence inherent in the Light we send into any situation will know exactly what is necessary to bring about Divine Order. Light also carries Divine Love within its field. We know that Divine Love is the greatest healer of all. The Light we send carries God's Love to heal all the hearts involved in the situation we are focused upon.
These are powerful tools we can bring into our world at this time. When we remember to pray for Divine Order in every situation, it helps to settle our minds and know that there is a Greater Power at work. We can then relax control and allow the flow of this divinity to work in and through all the situations that seem so big that only a miracle of divine proportions can bring about benevolent outcomes.
We have access to those miracles with our thoughts, prayers and the blessings we send to every person and situation in the world. It is Divine Order.
Thank you for lifting my thoughts and intentions into the realms of transcendent awareness. May I remember that God is working to bring Divine Order into the world at all times. Expand my focus of attention and trust so that more love can circulate through my energy system and radiate from my heart.
Please send the blessings of Divine Love and Intelligence into all situations that are needing Light to be uplifted. Thank you for blessing with Divine Light all those who are personally involved in events that seem so difficult to understand.
With every breath I take, may I be blessed by the Light of True Understanding so that my heart can radiate Divine Love into the world at all times. May all beings live in harmony with Divine Order, now and always. And so it is.

The Gabriel Messages Book #9
Trust in the Divine Plan, bless it and bless the Divine Order
inherent in every person and every situation.
When you trust in the Divine Plan, you are moving into the Universal Flow of Good. You are acknowledging that there is an underlying energy within all things. This is the energy of God, and it is part of the Divine Plan for all beings to live in Harmony, Love and Abundance. You can trust this.
When you bless the Divine Order inherent in every person and every situation, it increases the spiritual energy flowing through whatever you are focused upon. Blessing brings more love through the energy of Light to the person or situation, which brings an immediate improvement.
Divine Order exists as the underlying truth within all beings and all situations. It is a powerful affirmation for life and can be used as a mantra to remind you of the greater truth within all circumstances. This means repeating the words "divine order" to settle your mind, and to bring you peace. When you don't know what to do, claim "divine order" and your mind will align with this powerful reality. Divine Order is being in perfect alignment with God on every level of your being. Remembering Divine Order, and proclaiming it, assists the energy around you to fall into perfect alignment.
These very simple steps of trusting, blessing and remembering can bring you peace of mind in upsetting situations. The more often you remember, the stronger you become. Your inner sense of peace will become unshakable because you have aligned yourself with the ultimate truth at all times.
Remember your message from Archangel Gabriel today:
Trust in the Divine Plan, bless it and bless the Divine Order inherent in every person and every situation.

10 Spiritual Self-Care Tips You Need to Know
By Rachelle Williams
When is the last time you nurtured your spirit? Plenty is said about the importance of nurturing the physical body through diet and exercise, but the spiritual body is often forgotten or ignored. In order to live a happy and thriving life, all of your aspects (mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual) must be acknowledged in order to maintain overall well-being.
Notice what area of your life you tend to focus on and what might need some attention. If spirituality is waning, there are ways to enliven it. You may discover you’ve already been doing a few of these things--self-care ideas are pretty intuitive. The difference now is that you will start to pay attention with new awareness.
What Is Spiritual Self-Care?Spirituality has different meanings for different people, often influenced by the ideologies you grew up with. Maybe you associate spirituality with religion or cultural traditions. In this case, observing rituals, attending religious services or ceremonies, and studying religious texts are types of spiritual self-care.
Perhaps your concept of spirituality is experienced in nature, in one another, or within oneself. It could be through art, music, and dance. Ultimately, it can be anything that is meaningful and kindles a sense of sacredness, even if only felt by you. Spirituality is a personal practice. No matter what path is chosen, they all converge upon something you desire on some level—the need for connection, purpose, and happiness.
A spiritual self-care practice is any ritual that connects you to your true self, the real you. The real you is the raw expression of who you were meant to be and offer this world. It’s energizing, inspiring, and most of all, it feels right. Perhaps you already are experiencing this or maybe have had glimpses of what this might look or feel like. Becoming familiar with how you feel is an important part of being able to navigate through life. Accessing that part of yourself through spiritual self-care can be rewarding on many levels.
Why Is Spiritual Self-Care Important? You can be the healthiest person but still feel like something is wrong or experience illness, both mentally and physically. Emotional and spiritual well-being have a deep influence that trickles down into and impacts the mental and physical body. Loneliness is an epidemic. Your ancestors lived in groups and you derived many benefits from this way of life, especially mental and emotional. Today, you must make concerted efforts to seek out ways to nourish this part of yourself.
Taking time for spiritual selfcare is soul-fulfilling. It encourages introspection and offers clarity and comfort. Studies have shown how cultivating a spiritual life can have numerous health benefits. A practice in spiritual self-care quiets the mind and helps to calm the turbulence within, leaving space to begin feeling and honoring what your heart yearns for, and having the courage to take the necessary action for good change. Your body and emotions can’t lie; when you are truly happy and thriving you will know it at your core. You deserve to live life from this place. Spiritual self-care can help you to:
Not sure where to begin? Here are a few spiritual self-care tips to get you started.
1. Practice Yoga
The intention behind yoga is to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit and is individualized according to what your needs are at the time. The physical benefits are well known, but there is more to yoga than getting a good workout. It helps you to connect with your body and emotions stored deep within. Yoga encourages non-judgement and an acceptance about where you are at in life with the knowledge that you are building a strong foundation for a more empowering life. There are many types of yoga--explore the types you’d like to try.
Meditation is one of the easiest, most accessible spiritual practices to maintain. It may take a little encouragement to get started, but once you get going it’s hard to imagine life without it. The benefits of meditation practice are numerous and includes the reduction of stress and a clearer connection to who you are and what you want out of life. .
3. Try Mindful Walking
Walking is undervalued. Research shows that people who suffer from mental health conditions can benefit from going on walks. Any form of physical activity is beneficial, but walking is different. It allows you to press pause on life and just be in the moment. Breathing in the fresh air, feeling the pavement under your feet, and seeing the wide-open sky are subtle ways that ground and nourish the senses. Mindful walking is a practice that has many great benefits that might surprise you.
4. Clear Your Space
A good practice in general is maintaining good, clear space around you. You are constantly exchanging energy and information with others and it’s natural that you may end up being affected in some way. It’s hard to connect to your true self if you are feeling tired or dragged down. Smudging using a particular incense, sage, cedar, or palo santo is a great way to clear your space (including mental space). Whether it’s the power of scent to uplift or the intention of clearing negative energy, it works.
5. Connect with Community
Humans are communal by nature. Unfortunately, the lifestyle that you lead today does not often support this way of life. Connection, laughter, exchange of ideas, emotional support, and strength to persevere are some of what you can experience through community. If you don’t have these connections already, you might need to step out of your comfort zone and find some. Volunteer, find people that share your interests, attend religious or cultural gatherings, host groups of your own, join a book club, or attend a game night. Making the effort will be rewarding!
Journaling is another way to tap into the deep recesses of your mind and heart. The act of writing sifts and processes thoughts and emotions. Problems, worries, and negative emotions can crowd the mind and dampen your spirit. Get it all down on paper and see what happens. New insights might be revealed. Journaling can be a nice complement to a morning or evening routine. There are different techniques to journaling you can try—make it work for you.
7. Read Inspiring Material
This sounds simple but can make a difference on your outlook on life. Notice what you are exposed to on a daily basis and how it makes you feel. You are inundated with information from many sources and it’s not all positive. As a result, it can sometimes be hard to feel inspired or uplifted. Make it a point to have on your bookshelf or nightstand a book or other reading material that inspires you. Right before bed, rather than thinking about your day and any worries, have your last thoughts be positive. Reading a few pages in the morning can also be a nice start to the day. Some inspiring books to start with are:
8. Be in Nature
Being in nature heals. The smell of the earth, the sound of birds or water, the sight of trees swaying in the wind, or waves crashing on the shore make your senses come alive. You can’t help but disconnect from the day and bask in the healing that comes when surrounded by nature. You are in the moment and there is a sense of experiencing something greater than yourself. Take time as often as you can to spend time in nature, even if it’s just a few minutes sitting by a tree.
9. Unplug from Technology
While technology is a blessing, it also has the downside of being extremely distracting. You likely constantly check your devices, even without noticing. There is a movement toward digital detoxes, where you set time aside to unplug from technology, especially from your smartphone. The benefits of doing this are what you would expect:
Set aside time during dinner where all phones are put away or try choosing a day where you will detach from texting, checking social media, and responding to emails. You will begin to experience a richer life.
10. Practice Forgiveness
“To err is human; to forgive divine.” Life is too short and valuable to remain stuck in patterns that don’t serve you. When you are unable to forgive someone, it holds you back from fully experiencing life. Much energy is diverted to maintaining a grudge or similar when that energy could instead be directed toward creating the life you want. There are techniques to help you through this process; the freedom and lightness you will feel can be life changing.
It’s important to stay present and accept pleasure and pain as part of your journey to spiritual health and balance. Your ego naturally leans toward pleasure and comfort. It takes concerted effort and discipline to begin exploring the truth of who you are and creating a stronger connection to your true self. Try one or two things from this list. Keep it simple. If what you try doesn’t do much for you, try something else. This is a sacred journey and there is no right or wrong path. The most important thing is that you stay true to yourself while implementing any self-care plan.

Wealth Is Neutral
BY MADISYN TAYLOR
As a form of potential energy that empowers us to generate change, money is neither good nor bad.
At its most basic, money is a tool that enables us to meet our individual needs. As a form of potential energy that empowers us to generate change, it is neither good nor bad. Yet many people react emotionally to issues concerning finances, unconsciously condemning currency itself, the manner in which money is spent, and people who live lives of financial abundance. Individuals who are rich in gifts such as high intelligence are acknowledged for their positive traits while those who have acquired material riches or aspire to become wealthy are frequently judged harshly. However, wealth is not a trait upon which judgment can be legitimately passed. It tells us nothing about how a person lives, what they believe in, whom they care for, or the scope of their values. Like any blessing, wealth is merely an instrument of purpose that can be used both constructively and destructively.
From an early age, people learn to court wealth while simultaneously associating money with greed, selfishness, and unethical behavior. Consequently, this idea becomes entrenched in their hearts as envy. To attain a balanced and rational comprehension of money, as well as a fairer perspective of wealth, we need to recognize that outward manifestations of wealth tell us little about the individuals enjoying those blessings. When we feel the finger of jealousy prompting us to draw unflattering conclusions about people whose lives seem more financially secure than our own, we should remind ourselves that there are many elements of their circumstances we cannot see. Their wealth may be the result of long hours of taxing labor, they may donate a large percentage of their resources to charitable causes, or their bounty may be an incidental aspect of a life spent doing what they love. Ultimately, we can heal our hurtful associations with money by turning a blind eye toward both wealth and poverty when interacting with others and instead focusing on the individual before us.
If you take a moment to consider your own feelings regarding money and wealth, you may discover that you equate financial prosperity with happiness, power, security, independence, or self-indulgence. Money itself, however, is none of these things. You can begin developing a healthier view of wealth by simply accepting that while some possess great wealth and others do not, we all have the potential to create lives of beauty, substance, and wisdom using the resources we have been granted.

If you have been feeling overwhelmed, it is a wonderful opportunity to step back and simplify your life. What are you hanging on to out of habit that is expired and ready to go? What are you taking on that isn’t yours that others can easily step in and take over? How can you simplify your diet to foods that are natural, vibrant, and nutritious? How can you make room for the enjoyment of life’s simple pleasures?
Many of you have become distracted by the busyness that can come from being influenced by societal norms. Enlightening human beings are realizing more and more that quiet and simplicity in their lives are essential in order to connect and create the peace their soul craves. Making space for greater stillness allows you to better connect with your own needs, inner knowingness, and guidance.
One of the greatest transitions you will ever make will be the shift from doing to being, and seeing each as equally valuable and necessary depending upon which phase of the evolutionary process you are in. Once you move into the acceptance of the importance and incredible power of your beingness, what you begin to create will be a beautiful match to who you really are and what you wish to experience because you will be emanating your purest, most beautiful energetic vibration, and that, Dear Ones, is embodiment. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young
