NO FEAR

Psalm 34:4New International Version (NIV)4 I sought the Lord, and he answered me;
    he delivered me from all my fears.

Fear is an illusion. It is only powerful when we give it attention or believe it. If we chose faith, trust & love or send love to a fear-based situation it dissolves. There is no power as great as love. None!
Sometimes it can be very hard not to buy in to the illusion or not pick up the other end of the rope, so here's a suggestion to help us grow.  It is also about increasing our general awareness of all that is. It is also about growing in our love, appreciation & gratitude. It is also about increasing our happiness. It's also about manifesting more of what we do want & it can be all those things at once! The idea is to start small & notice. How you stir the soup, what hand you use & what direction. Which way you put on your clothing in the morning- the order & why you chose the colours you do. Just observe or maybe shake it up a tad. From the tiniest daily movements, we are habitual creatures, but the universe is anything but same old same old around us. Once we start doing the small things differently or learn to observe them, we are putting ourselves into a sort of meditative state of awareness where love is dominant as that is our true nature..  simply grow that! Become more aware & you will experience more of life & naturally tune in. Try it! Fear diminshes as we are less in the ego mind & more about the heart. We become more connected & understand that all is love & fear is like a costume designed to illicit fear, but it isn't really true.  This technique will help you fill your day little by little, with goodness- whatever you focus on expands!
You are love, that  is your true nature
