Focus with intent
Do you ever start to get a little frustrated when things just are not manifesting in your life despite all the diligent focusing, wanting, envisioning efforts you put in? I certainly do or have, but here's some tips
"I must be aware of bad things, and guarded about bad things, and I must watch out for bad things by trying to guide myself toward good things." You can't do both at the same time. You can't watch out for bad things, and allow good things at the same time. It is vibrationally not possible.
--Abraham- Jerry & Esther Hicks
We need to focus on the great feelings of having, experiencing or being what we DO want consistantly & with great clarity. It's ok to think about what you do NOT want briefly in order to refine what you DO want, but then get back to that positive focus.
Joy, happiness & gratitude accelerate not only the manifesting of your desires, but greases the wheels of everything in your drive for a fulfilling & happy life!
Also it is about Intent not merely wanting. Intent stirs up the soul to action whereas the ego gets stuck on just wanting & wanting & wanting. In the spiritual world action can be meditating which may seem like inaction, but it is not. Meditation is about putting oneself into that space of love. Remember, love is the most powerful force in existence. When you focus on the love & let go you are living in faith free from all anxiety, allowing the universe/God/Source/the Angels to bring what you do want to you. There are some important words/points there - love, faith, allowing, letting go... You ARE taking action by focusing on the love rather than trying to go out there & force it to happen or anxiously waiting for something to happen. Action with allowing, letting go, good feelings...that's the ticket.
God will help those who help themselves & the angels are at ready for you to ask for their assistance! But get that feeling great emotion going!!! It may mean releasing some negativity, meditating to quiet your chatterbox mind or backing off on how much coffee you sometimes drink, like anxious me (too often, but that coffee is sooo good sometimes!! :)) Really FEEL great with childlike anticipation of a new toy!
It takes practice, & don't condemn yourself if you are unable to do it right away. Learning & gradually improving are all part of the journey to be enjoyed, not merely your end goal.
I hope these are helpful tips! Please let me know if it has been helpful - we're all in this together
