We know that you are tired at this time, and it is when you are tired that you tend to look for relief from somewhere or someone outside of you. You ask for help, or you look for help, instead of realizing that being tired is temporary. You will get past this time that you are in where you are so fed up with how things are there on Earth. You need to remember that. You need to trust that things will get better, and you need to know that there is help coming from beings and collectives like ourselves. There is help coming from those who are considering all possibilities and looking down every possible timeline for humanity.

If someone tells you that they have it all figured out, that they have all the answers, and that all you have to do is follow them, you are more likely to fall for that when you are tired and fed up. But what we have found is the best possible thing you can do when you are tired is to sleep, rest, or meditate. Please do not go looking for the easy, fast, skip-over-ten-steps solution, because there will always be someone presenting you with that type of solution, no matter what you are tired from or fed up with.

You need to recognize that you have helpers that are unseen and often unheard and even unfelt, and you also need to remember that you have greater access to us when you are asleep, resting, or meditating. That’s when we really get to connect with you, and that’s when the solutions that we have been able to find can come pouring in to your consciousness, to your energy fields. You have so much available to you when you go within and seek out what is infinite and eternal inside of you, but we do understand why the quick and easy solution is so attractive, so alluring.

And perhaps you have gone down those paths before and have learned the hard way. Now you get to be the masters you were born to be, and you get to teach others about the folly of the quick, easy, and often shiny solution that someone is presenting to you. The only way that we know works is to go within and do the work on yourselves that you need to do, and we are speaking from experience up here in the ninth dimension where we remember all of our past lives. And remember, we are also observing all of you.

So, what we are attempting to say here is that you are your own best healer, teacher, and guru, and when you recognize that you often do let in all of the help that is coming from the higher realms and beings who really do want to help you, like ourselves and so many others who are of the light, from the light, and who have only light to give.

We are looking within ourselves to find more of that sense of oneness that is available to us, and the reason it is available to us is because the aspect of us that is you has accessed more of your unity consciousness throughout this year. We know that unity consciousness doesn’t get the headlines. It’s not a very exciting story to report on the person living somewhere in the world, sitting alone in the dark, achieving that state of oneness that is what unity consciousness is all about.

And when someone does experience it, you have to take their word for it. When someone experiences it consistently, and begins to hold that consciousness and exude that energy, then they start to get the attention of others. Others can feel in their energy field that they have achieved this unity consciousness many times, and they might even be in it in that very moment, with their eyes open.

That peace, that clarity, that feeling of unconditional love for all does begin to attract a crowd, but that crowd is going to be unique because they are going to be able to feel it. If you are lucky enough to be one of those who has been able to attain unity consciousness in these recent months, then you can expect to be gaining popularity. Even though there are no billboards for it, and there is no form of advertising at all promoting it, unity consciousness is something that people desire. Most people just don’t know it is what they desire.

If you think about the accumulation of stuff and what that really is, you can see that people are really trying to become one with everything. They just don’t know that’s what they are doing. They don’t know they are attempting to feel more oneness by gaining more Instagram followers, but if you think about it, it’s what you really all want. Most people are just going about it the wrong way or the long way, because some who have everything they could ever want, so much fame and so much fortune, then come to the realization that there is an emptiness within all that stuff and loneliness within all that fame.

If you were taught at a young age that unity consciousness was not only possible, but that it was desirable, think of the world you would be living in today. So the world needs more examples of masters exuding that consciousness right now, and that’s what those of you who are truly awake have to offer. Find it within yourselves, exude it, emanate it, and then explain to others how you did it and watch the world outside of you transform.

You really have had very little choice but to grow because of the intensity of the times you are living in and because of your desire to stay on an ascension track that would be filled with joyous experiences and less trauma and drama than many are assuming must be a part of any ascension event.

You have decided that it is possible to take the slow and steady path and still enjoy yourselves during a pandemic. You have adapted to your environment, which is necessary for survival, and it is necessary in order to keep up with the changes that are happening inside of you and all around you. Everyone has a choice, and you can choose to resist change or embrace it. When you embrace change that is happening outside of you, you are also embracing changes that are happening inside of you. You are allowing them to occur. You are telling the universe that you like change; you like moving forward.

Now comes the reward for all that you have had to endure there on Earth in this calendar year. We are very excited for all of you who are awake and aware, because you are going to benefit more from the energies of the solstice than individuals who are closed off and unaware of the significance of this time for humanity. This is a time to be celebrating the fact that you have hung in there for so long, that you have been able to make it to another solstice. And it is of course an opportunity for you to build something new, something better for all of humankind, with these energies.

Those of you who are awake and aware either feel that everything will be done for you because of the fact that you have made it to another solstice, and then there are those of you who are awake and aware who realize that this is a time for you to do more than just watch and wait to see what happens. You are being given the keys and the steering wheel, and you have an opportunity to take humankind with you on a journey that is all about getting everyone to remember to check in with their hearts and to remember that we are all one.

We are all in this together. This time is not about a split; it’s not about separation, it’s about integration. And there are those of you who recognize that. You recognize that your life has not been about getting rid of aspects of yourself. Your life has been about making peace with the lower vibrational aspects of self. Your life has been about integrating the parts of you that you have felt ashamed of in this lifetime and in previous lifetimes.

This time that you are in now is about showing others the way, but it is also about showing them the way because you are demonstrating how it is done. Just telling others to wake up or telling them that extra-terrestrials are real, these strategies do not work. You are not there to convert anyone. You are there to demonstrate to everyone what is possible when you are in alignment with what is going on energetically. And if you can feel the solstice energies propelling you, catapulting you forward on your journey to the fifth dimension, then you deserve to be in a leadership role.

There are so many at this time who are looking for anyone to set a good example, an example of how to live in a time that seems so chaotic and so filled with people who are at each other’s throats. If you want to solidify your position as one who is in the first wave of ascension, then rise above the divisiveness, the pettiness, the resentment, and the rage that is so omnipresent on your world at this time. Show the rest of humanity that it’s possible to rise above it, to thrive even in these tumultuous times, and show everyone else who they are by being more of who you are, which is of course, unconditional love. “Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been investigating the effects of the solstice energies on your world, and we are noticing that not only are they already upon you and among you, but they are affecting more than just humankind. These energies are affecting all of the dimensions that you have there and all of the beings that you have on Earth. You are currently living in four to five dimensions right now, which means you are already multidimensional beings. And when you are aware of your multidimensional nature, it is easier to be your whole self.

Not only are the animals and plants being affected by the solstice energies that are pouring in at this time, but the dirt is being affected. The rocks are being affected, and of course the crystals are being affected by the solstice energies. If you have crystals that you haven’t picked up in a while, go pick them up and hold them in your hands. Feel the energy coming off of them as they anchor in the solstice energies for you. They have to at times do some of the heavy lifting for you, because you are busy living your complicated lives there on Earth.

The crystalline realm is becoming a bigger player in all of this ascension business that you are wrapped up in at this time, and of course your planet is comprised of earth, rocks, crystals, and other substances that are affected by the solstice energies in a very powerful way. You know that there is so much going on energetically all the time, but there are times when everything is amplified, and you need help grounding all of the energies into the physical plane. You are all wonderful conduits because of your openness and because of your awareness.

You have enough sensitivity to know that something is going on, but you also have helpers. You have the beings in your life in animal form, in plant form, in tree form, but then you also have what you consider to be inanimate. The mineral kingdom has consciousness. You wouldn’t think of them as beings because they are not associated with a soul, but certainly when you look at a mountain or a mountain range, you can feel the consciousness that is present there. That’s the type of consciousness that is helping you immensely at this time. That’s why when we tell you to ground yourselves in your bodies and to Mother Earth, we really mean it.

Go connect with whatever you can that is a part of your world, or find an animal friend to connect with. Go out and buy some plants at the store and bring them home, and be grateful for their service. You are getting a tremendous amount of help right now from all angles, and yes, it is because you need that help. It is because these energies are so strong, and it is because this is a group effort and a group event. Ascension always has been for all, not just the chosen few, and what’s happening on your world right now is a representation of that.

We are extremely satisfied with what we are seeing there on Earth at this time, because as many of you know, the energies upon you are intense, they are purging a lot of what needs to be purged in you individually and as a collective, and they are awakening many to the truth of who they really are. You all must feel the intensity of these energies, and many of you are undoubtedly experiencing some unwanted symptoms as a result.

Oftentimes, when you have ascension symptoms or something that is unwanted in your lives, you feel that you have done something wrong. You often blame yourselves and ask yourselves what you were vibrating or focusing upon that brought it about. But you don’t have to do that now or ever. Certainly, you will get a wake-up call from time to time, and it will be obvious to you what the message is when you do get one of those wake-up calls. But when you know that the energies upon you are being amplified and serving more of a collective purpose, then why would you be hard on yourself for having some sickness, some pain, a headache, or some things happening in your life that you would rather not have happen?

The simple answer is that you’ve been trained to believe that you are faulty in some way. Some people even refer to themselves as broken, and in our experience, most awakened souls are hard on themselves because they feel they should be further along than they are. Now is not the time for that type of mindset. Now is the time to be gentle with yourselves. Now is the time to nurture yourselves, to nurse yourselves back into health or into alignment, emotionally and energetically. You don’t need that inner critic telling you that it’s your faulty wiring again, so let that go.

Let that aspect of you go, and let in all of the energies consciously and deliberately, while you simultaneously take care of yourselves. You know how hard this journey as been. You know how much you took on in this lifetime of ascension. There is no need for the inner critic. There is no need for you to be hard on yourselves, and it really doesn’t serve a purpose for you. But now that we have helped to make you more conscious of it, you can choose self love over self recrimination, and being able to make that choice is the reason why you have the inner critic experience first. You are ready to graduate from it, and we are here to encourage you to do so.

Roadblocks on the Path of the Awakened Soul ∞9D Arcturian Council

We are letting go of what weighs us down at this time because we are also ascending, just like humanity is. We know that something resides in our consciousness that keeps us from being tenth, eleventh, or twelfth dimensional, and we know that the process of ascension for us involves letting go of what is dense enough in our consciousness to keep us from ascending right now.

You are ascending; that is a guarantee. However, if you want to have a more beautiful experience of your ascension, you will look for what is dense that resides in your consciousness, and you will consciously and deliberately let that go. You may have to let go of a grudge, a judgment, some resentment, and you definitely have some heavier beliefs and belief systems to shed on your way up to the fifth dimension. The question is and will remain: ‘Are you going to let go on purpose, or will these things have to be pried from your very tight grip?’

What are you gripping tightly right now? That’s what you need to look at, and that’s what you need to decide to let go if you are going to have the best possible experience of your ascension. Your ascension will continue to be a gradual process, so you will not let go of it all at once. But again, doing it consciously is the more fun, the more interesting, the more expansive, and the more life-affirming way of raising the level of your consciousness.

You don’t want to force yourself to have to raise the level of your consciousness. You want to choose to do it, just like you want to choose the light over the dark, rather than thinking that you as the light are there to defeat the dark. Choosing a path of ease in this very exciting lifetime involves some self-reflection. It involves some introspection, some going within. And you can do those things, or you can look outside of yourselves for confirmation of your limiting beliefs, your judgments, your reasons for being in a state of rage or fear. It is up to you.

Just because you are awake doesn’t mean you are taking the best possible path. There are a lot of pitfalls, landmines, and roadblocks that are available to you on any path, and we are just suggesting that you avoid them by choice. Choose the light; if something doesn’t feel like the light to you, then it isn’t, and you don’t have to choose it for you. You also don’t have to snuff it out or make sure no one else is choosing it. Lead by example; lead by shining your light, and others will follow.

And another goal of ours that we get closer and closer to achieving is making more and more alliances with other collectives, other councils, with other beings from other star systems, even if they exist in other dimensions. We are continuing to seek alliances that will give you all the best possible experience of your ascension, and we also seek to make this time that you are in now one that is more joyous, more fruitful, more creative, more of everything that you have been wanting.

We are on the verge of creating an alliance with a group of beings from the Andromedan system that have had much more of a hands-off approach to humankind. They are similar to how we used to be, as we observed more than we commented on or sought to help humanity there on Earth. We see you as having grown exponentially since we have started to come through this channel, and we know that your growth and expansion will continue because it must, but we also know that we are helping you to make your growth experiences more conscious and deliberate, with less kicking and screaming. We are convinced that you are ready for more contact with extra-terrestrial beings. Now, when we say that, we want to be perfectly clear that we are talking about those of you who are awake. You are ready for more extra-terrestrial contact, even though the vast majority of humans are not. You are allowed to have experiences that other people are not for one reason or another. You don’t have to wait for everyone to be ready in order for you to go on a spaceship, to meet with e.t.s, and to travel around the galaxy with them. The galaxy is yours to explore, and your reality is yours to create and align with.

No one else is doing that for you. No one else gets to decide what you experience and what you do not experience. That is your domain. We want to encourage you to be the big dreamers that you really are. Be the creators that you were born to be, and be the ones who lead humanity into the age of full extra-terrestrial contact for the humans of Earth.

You get to be trailblazers in so many ways. You get to break free from enslavement. You get to break free from fear of your mortality, and you get to break free from the limitations that you took on as third-dimensional humans. Now is not the time to wait around for something to happen outside of you, not now when you’ve been given the ability to create outside of any sort of blueprint, any sort of contracts that you may have had at one time.

You are awake, and you are aware, and you are able to move past the limitations of the third and fourth dimensions, because humanity needs more of that fifth-dimensional energy to be present on Earth, and you are the ones to anchor it in. If not you, then who? That’s what we want to know.

Once you have awakened, you can never go back. You cannot regress. You cannot put the toothpaste back in the tube. You’ve got to be the ones who guide humanity’s expansion and ascension with your willingness to explore what would frighten most humans right out of their skin. This is how you bring about great changes on your world; it’s not by waiting for something to happen. It’s not about believing in someone else’s truth about reality and what’s going on behind the scenes.

Big changes start with you, the big souls in those somewhat dense and somewhat fragile human bodies, because you are ready to lead. We have begun expediting the process of delivering to you the energies that will help you to transform and know yourselves as a unified collective of higher selves. This is the ultimate goal for humanity, and that is true even though most humans don’t realize that this is even something that they would want to happen. The energies that we are bringing forth at a faster and faster pace now are there to remind you that everyone outside of you is a reflection of you and that there is something to be gained by your experiences with them.

You don’t need to change anyone or eliminate anyone from your life in order to live happily ever after. You need to ask yourself how you can love the aspect of yourself that the other person represents. That is how you are going to become a unified collective of higher selves. That is how you are going to benefit from all of the billions of other humans that are around you, triggering you, pushing your buttons, and believing in narratives that upset you.

You have to do more than coexist with and tolerate your fellow humans; you have to see them as you, maybe not you in this lifetime, but you at some point in one of your incarnations. And if you are getting triggered by someone, you’ve got some unresolved trauma that they are helping you to resolve. So please let them. And also, when you see some other humans telling that, ‘These people over here need to be different, or need to be eliminated, or incarcerated,’ don’t pay attention to those humans and their rhetoric. Don’t continue to fall for the scam of separation.

You are not there to find out who the bad ones really are so that they can be stopped. Anyone who is engaging in thoughts, words, and actions that cannot keep up with these energies is going to be having a very hard time. And therefore, you don’t have to wait for them to be arrested and locked up, exposed for who they really are, in order to benefit from the existence of dark thoughts, dark words, and dark actions.

If you cannot admit that there is darkness within you, then you have more work to do with yourself, because if you cannot admit that something is there, then you cannot embrace it and move past it. And it will continue to drive you to look for the bad ones – out there. We have seen this happen on other worlds and even in other dimensions; it does not work. We have also seen the plan that we have just laid out for you work every single time. That is how we can say what we say with such conviction through this channel here.

We know what works. We know what will bring you into a fifth-dimensional frequency range, and we know that you are up to the task of loving the unlovable and forgiving the unforgivable.
