God said: 
Behold the Glory that you are filled with. Look up. Keep your attention high. Let your mind soar. Love the Earth. Love the ground your feet walk on. Love the flowers. Love the dirt. Love it all. Relish this Earth that I have given to you for Joy just as it appears.
If you were out in Nature every day, and under the stars at night, you would love the Earth and Life on Earth more than you may presently love them these days. If there were no doors to open or close or to lock, if keys had not been invented, you would already be well-versed in the Joys of Earth. Your Freedom of Choice is not meant to be put far off to a later date.
You have a Mind that can take you anywhere, and a Heart to take you everywhere. What prevents you? What forwards you?
Take your attention higher.
Worries are not high-minded. Worries keep you looking down rather than up. Worries affirm that which you do not want to affirm.
Put your attention on higher fields than worries. Grow inspiration. Grow Light. Take in deeper breaths and exhale all the past and all its worries. Breathe in new air. Expand your lungs, and expand your vision.
Sing a new tune. Write yourself a new story. No more delays. Now you begin rising to the heights. All you have to do is to let go of where you have been.
Stop holding onto bannisters in your Life.
You learned to swim. Now you are learning to soar. Spread your wings, Beloveds.
You begin with your heart and mind. Impose no boundaries. Decide where you want to go. Plant it in your mind, and then your heart will take off. Or it can be the heart first and the mind later. Who cares which comes first. Heart and mind want to take off together.
Pack your bags ahead of time. Dream your dreams. Your dreams are the engine you start. Your dreams pick you up. They lift you. They take you where you want to go. Your dreams are a signal to you.
You already know that there is more to Life than meets the eye.
There is nowhere you cannot go. There is nothing you cannot be. This is fact, not theory.
What you dream of gives you a head start. Dreams are your take-off point.
If anyone tells you that dreams are folly, dare to follow your dreams over others’ opinions. Cherish your dreams. Let them take you where they will. Dreams will take you places. Give your dreams a chance to carry you high.
Dreams are not motorized. Dreams are not an invention. They are incentives. Dreams are the sparks that light a fire under you.
Take a chance. Waiting for certainties may well delay you. Full steam ahead. There is nothing to lose. If this volley of love doesn’t succeed, you are still ahead of the game. You declared yourself. You had the get-up and go. You took a chance. At the moment you follow your heart, you have succeeded – you have succeeded in taking a chance!
You don’t have to be comfortable. Where did you get that idea? Staying comfortable may be avoiding progress. Sure, give yourself some breathing room, and then go after what your heart seeks. Soon enough, your mind will catch up to you and may even advance ahead of you.
You fear risk. Fear can only hold you back. It doesn’t take you forward. Safety is not your foremost motivation. You risk a lot when you dig your feet in and won’t move.
Discover what your heart desires. How will you know unless you go for it?
You are not being reckless. You are opening up new channels.

Patience Brings Divine Timing
We are drawing on the compassionate and timeless wisdom of The Gabriel Messages to provide insight and inspiration that we can apply every day of our lives.

For this week, the message from Archangel Gabriel suggests that we remember how important patience is for bringing Alignment into our lives.

Without Patience you can never understand the meaning of Divine Timing.
 
Patience is so tricky sometimes. It is often difficult to surrender to how Life is transpiring when it's uncomfortable. Divine Timing is a natural law. Life becomes easier when we wait and remember...for everything there is a season.

Having patience is difficult for most people. Sometimes I wonder if it is inertia, that we just get on a roll and find it hard to stop. I have had times when it did not seem possible for me to slow down, because it felt like there was so much to do. Life gets very stressful in those moments.

But how much time does it actually take to slow down enough to breathe a little deeper, stop for one minute to put my hands on my heart to feel that inner sense of coherence? If I can remember my alignment to Source energy, my whole being changes and I feel so much more connected and grounded. This one-minute process can change our consciousness and bring us back into the wisdom of the heart.

There is no way to encourage Divine Timing to move faster. Allowing yourself to have the patience to breathe more deeply and feel at home in yourself helps you to be more at peace with the situations in front of you and allow benevolent outcomes to unfold.

In those times when I try to push against the flow of Divine Timing, technology goes haywire and nothing works right. Sometimes I can't move forward until I give myself the time to go for a walk so I can relax into feeling more spacious in Nature. This spaciousness allows me to move into an expanded perspective and provides a lovely experience of being supported and inspired by the beauty in the world. Being in Nature raises my vibrational frequency and allows me to feel happy and uplifted. The process of creation is simplified when I give myself this space.

I love Hatha Yoga. It teaches me about slowing down and allowing as well as strengthens my body. One of the things that amazes me is what a metaphor yoga is for life. The continuous deeply connected breaths that are suggested during a yoga class permeate my being, so when I finish the class I am more grounded and patient. Sometimes I have gone to class in a resistant mood, believing I don't have time to slow down. But within the first 10 minutes or so, my concentration is focused on my breath and allowing my body to stretch quietly and gently. My mind calms down and I feel fully in my body for the first time that day. My whole yoga class becomes a lesson for allowing things to happen without strain. For these reasons, doing an energetic practice like Hatha Yoga, QiGong or Tai Chi can be incredibly helpful in these challenging times.

Not surprisingly, I leave class and everything that needs to be done gets done, more easily and with more focus. Or not...but at least I am more allowing of the timing and my mind is not so invested in making things happen. Slowing down my breath and moving more consciously is in harmony with the flow of creative energy. From this place I can allow Divine Timing into every area of my life. Everything becomes more graceful and I am more at ease. Then all is truly well.

Divine Presence,

With every breath I take, may I slow down and let patience take over my attention. May I and all beings move more deeply into Alignment with the Source of all Life.

May I trust the dynamic activity of Divine Timing in my life right now and love myself through the process of allowing it to work in and through all situations.

Thank you for gracefully guiding and directing all that I am and all that I do, And so it is.

Without patience you can never understand
the meaning of Divine Timing.
Dear One,

Your conscious presence in the world leads to the opening of the consciousness of all people. Your Soul's task is to carry the light of Love and Truth with you wherever you go, no matter what you are doing. Through this intention you will bring more Peace and Light into the world.

Being a visionary, you see in your mind that which you wish to accomplish. It becomes your intention, as if you are taking aim, pulling back the bow and shooting your arrow toward your target. With this clarity, you will surely reach your mark. There is, however, the question of when.

At work in the world is the principle of Divine Timing. It is one of the immutable laws in the universe, such as Divine Order and Divine Justice. It is not something that you can push to make it go faster. There are times when you must wait upon the will of God in order to have your dream manifest in the most appropriate way for your highest good. This requires patience.

It is sometimes difficult to have patience when you can see your vision so clearly. Often there is the desire to make it happen now. This is not God’s will but the ego’s will at work. You might be able to force the manifestation of certain parts of your vision, but it will not feel right once this occurs. It will feel as though you are pushing the river. When all is flowing according to God's will, miracles occur. You can ride the wave of this energy and it feels effortless.

Practice:

Imagine that you are at one of those points in your life when you want very badly to have a certain vision manifest. Let's say you really want it now but you are struggling against a wall of obstacles. If you are mentally or emotionally tense, anxious and impatient, anything that you do physically at this time will be pushing at the energy which is already at work. It is at these times that you must step aside, even though it may be most difficult. Release your striving, and turn the whole situation over to God and the Angels.

You can assist the manifestation of your dream by simply sitting quietly and breathing in Divine Light and Love. As you continue to breathe these balanced breaths, see yourself in a pillar of golden light. This is the light of peace, love and wisdom that connects you with Divine Inspiration and the nurturing presence of the earth. While sitting in this light, in your mind’s eye remember your vision, the dream that you want for your life at this time. Allow your dream to be energized by this pillar of golden light. Know in your heart that you always receive that which is in your highest good.

Know that the Angels are blessing you with love and wisdom. They are blessing all that you need to do in order to have your dream. Feel this loving presence with you, enfolding you in love and light. Feel Peace permeating every fiber of your being. Know in your heart that all will come to you in perfect Divine Timing. Give thanks for all the blessings in your life. Give thanks that this dream is manifesting in its own perfect and right time for your highest good. And as you exhale, release this vision to God and the Angels and allow this energy to work for you.
    
This practice will help give you patience and trust in Divine Timing. With a small amount of conscious focus you can begin to apply these principles to your day-to-day living and create a life filled with more Peace, Joy and Love.

This is God’s will for all. Call on the Angels for assistance and remember to take time to breathe and receive the knowing in your heart that all is in the flow of Divine creative energy.

And most of all remember:

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

It has come to our attention that you are seeking knowledge over experience, and we want to encourage you to seek experience over knowledge. Now, we witness many of you seeking answers, seeking to know about the past and the future. We see you wanting to understand what star system you are from, and we want to enlighten you to something that will serve you very well.

You are here now to experience all of it, and sometimes that requires you to not know certain things. We want you to understand that there is a great deal to be gained from having an experience that you did not expect to have. Therefore, knowing the future doesn’t actually serve you. If it did, you would know it.
Sometimes it does serve you to know something that is coming, and you get a premonition, or you have a dream, or your intuition kicks in, and you are able to make a choice, a choice to experience something else, something that does serve you. Now, when you are facing the unknown, when you have absolutely no idea about what is coming your way, there is a greater likelihood that you’re going to feel something. That is the purpose of experience, after all.

Having an experience helps you access a feeling state. Accessing a feeling state helps you to identify a vibration. When you are able to identify a vibration and remember the experiences that you have had, you are then able to create using vibration, and that helps you to select from a vast array of experiences that are in front of you.

Now that doesn’t mean that once you master offering vibration that you are going to know everything that’s coming, because that still wouldn’t serve you. What it does mean is that you get an idea first of what types of experiences you like to have and what those experiences feel like, how they vibrate. And with that information you can choose your vibration wisely.

But all of this hinges on you being willing to have experiences, to access emotions, and to tune in to the vibrations underneath those emotions. So let go of your need to know, and certainly let go of your need to know about what is coming. It is far more important that you tune in to what you are feeling, and it is far more important that you allow yourselves to have all sorts of experiences, especially the unexpected ones.

I am Judas Iscariot and I have much news to share today.
First of all – RV has started my friends. It is in full swing.
Secondly – Peace has spread out in the world. People can draw a sigh of relief and start to rebuild their homes again.
Thirdly – The Cabal has given up and is now abandoning ship with their tail between the legs.
There are wonderful times coming my friends. You just spit in your hands and take the shovel and start digging. Now is a time for manifestation dear friends. It is a time for rebuilding this Earth with better technologies and gentler methods than what Mother Earth has endured up until now. Pure water, dear friends, our Earth and many who live on it thirst for pure water. Food for the hungry and all they need to do well in their bodies and souls. Let creativity flow and look up and search for all technology there is, as new ones can appear. There is nothing that can stop you any longer. Everything is open and ready to go ahead for the creation of your new world.
Mother Earth smiles and blesses your gifts and your work so that it may become the best it can for you and Earth, which is your home. It is the era of love now, so it is with love in your hearts that you undertake your new tasks. It can never go wrong if the focus is on love and compassion. It is this wave that you surf – the love wave full of compassion for all beings that live on our Earth. This is when you perform you grand work that spreads its wings across the whole of our Earth – your common Earth. You all belong to Earth and work towards the same goal, which is to live in unison with all that lives here. This includes having great respect for life and all life on Earth. Earth is full of life at different levels in its development and which have varying and completely different perspectives on society. There is an array of life and movement on Earth and all cannot be seen with the naked eye. Use all the love and respect that exists within you when you now go to work to change this Earth’s structure and help that which is halting to become completely whole again.
We have full trust in your ability and with a warm hand we put the work in your hands. You have a tremendous job in front of you, but it is blessed work that gives much love and joy back.

​Unconditional Love & Soulmates ∞The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

There is something that needs to be experienced firsthand in order to be truly understood by all of you. There is a moment that you will always grant yourselves in every lifetime, and that moment is an opportunity for you to know yourselves as unconditional love. It’s not a test. No one outside of you is administering the test, and it is not something that you pass or fail.

It is simply that moment where you are given the option to love someone anyway, to love someone in spite of something that you find to be unlovable. Now, in countless past lives, you have been given the opportunity to love someone unconditionally, and you have chosen to hold a grudge. You have chosen to not forgive, to hold resentment and anger within you, and those lifetimes create for karmic relationships with others because you need to give yourself the opportunity again and again and again until you give yourself the experience.

The experience of loving unconditionally is truly liberating. It is a magnificent experience. It is about freedom and joy, and it connects you so deeply to the person that you are offering it to that everything else that has ever existed between you melts away. That is when you know you are face to face with a soulmate.

Your soulmate is usually the one who continues to give you the opportunity to love unconditionally, and you will do the same, just by being yourself, just by doing and saying the things that come quite naturally to you. You will trigger that soulmate, and you will give the other person the opportunity to love you unconditionally. Now what happens in that moment is also beautiful, because when someone else loves you unconditionally, you are able to see yourself differently. You are able to see yourself through the eyes of Source. You are able to love yourself unconditionally, and that is also very liberating.

You feel free, as you let yourself off the hook for having to live up to your own standards for love. You open yourself up to receiving more love, and of course, you are more open to giving it. Knowing yourself as unconditional love is an experience that you will most certainly want to have, and we certainly wish for all of you that you give yourselves this experience many, many times.

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Irrational acts of terrorism and governments violently putting down citizen protests are inevitable as a third density civilization completes karmic experiencing so it can evolve. Please don’t focus on the sad aspects of such events, but rather steadfastly radiate your light, the mission you chose to help Earth’s peoples awaken spiritually and consciously and be inspired to transform their world into the Golden Age. 

 

We have been asked how “just radiating light” can help Earth, and others have questioned how light absorbed by bodies’ cells promotes growth in spiritual and conscious awareness. Most simply stated, light is consciousness, the information in cells’ DNA, and DNA is what designs all life in this universe. Some years ago I spoke about this topic and I asked my mother to copy that part of the message.  

 

     Not only is the collective consciousness what caused the planet to descend into deep third density and kept it mired there for millennia, but more recently has been assisting it to ascend out of there. And, because Earth loves all her resident life forms, she is eager for souls to steadily radiate their light into the collective consciousness, where it can offer sleeping souls the “lift” into spiritual awareness and the cellular changes they need to physically move into the Golden Age.

 

      I have been asked why these cellular changes are necessary, and I believe my reply will show why your help in creating that glorious Age is such a grand triumph. The absorption of light is restoring bodies’ DNA to its state prior to the dark forces’ altering Earth humankind’s cellular structure to “dumb them down” intellectually, spiritually and physically. If anything can be called a “sin,” it is interfering with the growth of a soul, and in violation of universal laws, that is exactly what the dark forces did to an entire civilization. 

 

     In higher densities, cells are crystalline and their composition encompasses purity of character, spiritual clarity, and a long physical lifespan free of all dis-ease. Conversely, the carbon cells of third density life forms invite the base characteristics associated with evil as well as greatly reduced mind power, severely weakened will, and a multitude of physical, emotional and mental infirmities. Lifetimes with those characteristics and weaknesses dominant in the peoples’ bodies and reflected in their thoughts, feelings and behavior were stored in cellular memories and brought forward from one generation to the next.      

 

      It was that diabolical alteration of humankind’s makeup eons ago that caused souls’ personages to gradually spiral downward from the planes of light into deep third density, where the planetary puppets of the dark forces could easily keep the masses in ignorance about their origins in the light, their unlimited manifesting potential, and the inseparability of all souls with God and each other. Emerging from that level of limitations, where the dark forces reigned through their powerful tool and fuel—FEAR!—has required a heroic effort on the part of souls who time and again incarnated with the intention to overcome the dark influence, but failed. Most of you spent many hundreds of lifetimes in that try/fail cycle, and this time you succeeded in breaking out of it! By absorbing the light, you are reclaiming your god and goddess selves and taking your rightful place in our universal family. [March 9, 2009]

 

Also I asked my mother to copy the part in one of the books that gives additional insight. [Late in 1995, when Matthew was still in Nirvana, telepathic communication lines were reinforced to prevent the incursion of dark forces into light beings’ messages, and the following excerpt from Illuminations for a New Era was transmitted by what he called “group mind.”]

 

     Can you tell me anything about 12-strand DNA? 

 

     Mother Suzanne, we will be happy to address this. The 12-strand DNA existing in Earth humans heretofore is being reestablished to prepare you for assimilating the light being beamed to raise your spiritual and conscious connections with higher density vibratory rates. In the plunge downward from the beginning of Creation, the original 30-strand DNA of intelligent life forms was decreased until it reached the current level in third density.

 

      DNA is the substance of light within the physical body at cellular level.  When physicality first happened, so far back in antiquity that at this level we cannot comprehend when, total conformity with Creator's original building materials reigned without question or deviation. All creating materials were of light. 

 

     As the materials became denser for manifesting in form rather than in only light and awareness, changes were required in the structure of the DNA elements. They became tighter in composition as the more dense bodies and substances for building were visualized and manifested. Eventually the density became such that the original 30-strand DNA was reduced to only one strand in the most primitive life form possible to produce, which you might call sub-life. You do not know of these, as at Earth level at least two strands are required.

 

    Descent in density was the focus of Earth human life for a long period, thus your planet became populated with people whose decreasing number of DNA strands was a natural result of their creating intent. Just as the intent to produce life with minimal DNA strands accomplished that, the same is true in corresponding increases of the strands as souls are seeking higher forms of manifestation. This is now happening on Earth as the intent of some souls is to ascend rather than remain static. 

 

Mother, thank you. If you think how often we have said that light and love are the very same energy and this energy is the most powerful force in the cosmos, you know that when light is severely reduced in peoples’ cells, the same is true about their capacity to love—and love is the key to self-evolvement and to transforming worlds. 

 

And now, dear family, you know, too, why “just radiating your light” is invaluably helping Earth and all her life forms. Further, by so doing, your cells are changing to the crystalline structure that enables DNA expansion, thus you are advancing your own evolutionary status. This does not make your assistance self-serving—throughout the ages stronger civilizations helping weaker is how life forms have been making strides in regaining their originally-endowed DNA. During Earth’s ascension process, which has been taking her into planes of increasingly high vibratory rates, some souls who embodied there designed their personages’ cells with four DNA strands, and the numbers of souls doing this are growing.                 

 

“Please ask Matthew if he could help us understand how the world economy can be reorganized in a way that will be more fair and just.”  We can offer only general information as detailed plans still are being formulated so the new global economic system can be initiated with the least possible interruption in banking and investing services for the public and the fair reallocation of monies. So we have been told, there will be two main thrusts, each entailing numerous steps after Illuminati tentacles are eliminated.

 

One thrust is dismantling the Federal Reserve System, an Illuminati-owned banking consortium that influences the global economy, along with its collection arm, the Internal Revenue Service—income taxes paid by United States citizens aren’t spent on projects to serve them, but instead go into Illuminati coffers. That nation’s debt and all countries’ debts to the International Monetary Fund will be adjusted to eliminate loan amounts created out of thin air, you could say—the Feds pay a few cents for each bill they have printed, whatever its denomination, and lend that money to governments at the bills’ face value, plus interest.

 

The new monetary system will be based on precious metals to put all national currencies on the same standard and eliminate the buying and selling that harms the economy of countries whose monetary values are deflated. The Illuminati have profited handsomely from currency trading as well as by controlling stock markets and setting tax and interest rates, so putting those aspects of national economies under wise, honest management is part and parcel of the reorganization. Debt forgiveness that you may have heard about will be done on an individual basis, not across the board.

 

The other thrust is attaining the Illuminati’s vast fortunes, which have been garnered illegally and immorally, and using those funds to eliminate impoverishment. The monies will be dispersed to trustworthy organizations that will oversee their use for sanitation, housing, schools, healthcare centers, roads and bridges, farming, small business start-ups—everything needed to significantly raise living standards of the desperately poor around the world. Also nations’ natural resources now in Illuminati hands will be returned to the citizenry.

 

Individuals with moral and spiritual integrity, wisdom and experience will manage this monumental two-thrust effort that will take time to fully implement after the Illuminati are out of the picture.

 

“What does Matthew say about the difference between beliefs and knowing?” Beliefs are formed when the same information is repeated by one or more external sources—parents, peers, teachers, religious leaders, scientists, government officials, mainstream media—and, when you learn that information is not complete or accurate, your beliefs change accordingly. Knowing is within, a constant, pervasive, unquestioned “rightness”—the merging of soul-level truth and your consciousness.

 

Beloved brothers and sisters, light beings throughout this universe honor your dedicated service to uplifting Earth family and support you with the power of unconditional love.
