As this new season begins, let us call your attention to what is and what mostly is not happening in your world.
It was forecast that this time would be chaotic on your world. We told you that most, if not all, of the structures of your societies would begin to crumble, that this is necessary before you can or will rebuild them into the new. And many of you are seeing the beginnings of this. We would like to point out for you what is not happening.
Look around you and see that, in this world that is home to over seven billion of you – and we count only the upright, bi-pedal ones of you that are so overly proud of yourselves as a species – you, personally only interact in a small area with relatively few of your kind. This is true even if you frequent several cities or even continents.
Now, even though that is the case, your idea that you are a globally connected being, in many ways a good idea, has resulted in a kind of addiction to the emotional content of daily bombardments of information from many thousands of miles away. This is carefully sifted and maintained. This is being used to keep you in a feeling of the need for others to take care of you. This is disempowering. Empowerment is not what is desired for you – at least not by those who control your societies.
Now that you are observing this from a level somewhat above your normal perspective, look at you’re your normal day from ‘up here’. There are those who have been hurt, who have been killed, who have lost their every possession, who have literally disappeared. That is true. And we do not in any way wish for anyone not to feel compassion for those people. The rise of compassion in the world is indeed a marvelous thing. But even though those things have happened, and continue to happen every day, we would point something out to you.
Your own world is, in reality, much smaller than the one shown to you, hour by hour, minute by minute, by your media. Your own problems, and all of you have things that for you are problematic, have a far greater effect on your life than any of the things you see from other places. Yet you feel that you must continue to view those things, to listen to those things. You are quite possibly addicted to the emotional chemicals that are produced when you do that. And having your body produce those chemicals hour by hour, day after day, is not good for you. It is not good for you in any way.
This is why you are urged over and over to walk in the woods, to meditate, to take time in the quiet for yourselves. You very much need your body to have the rest and to produce those chemicals that peace and quiet will induce. And you very much need to get in touch with the person who is living their life in your world, with your friends and family, where you are. And you truly do need to know who you are. You truly do need to know that you are a divine being living here for a divine reason. You need to discover your worth, which is immeasurable.
All the noise that you are living in is designed to keep your attention away from that, do you see? Because once you do find it, once you know who you are, your effect upon that larger world will be beyond control.
So consider giving your own life, and the lives of those around you, more attention and love. Consider that you’re here and your now are the most important things in your world. That world will expand when your being grows and demands to be heard and felt.
Find the peace and the love in your hearts. You will find us there as well.

Enjoying the Shift ∞The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
Someday you will look back at this time in your evolution as a species and you will wonder why you didn’t enjoy this part of the journey more. You see, everything is shifting, and you have an opportunity to experience that shift with a sense of awe and wonder at your participation in it.
Getting there is not the main event. It is the journey that you are on that has within it so much richness and so many opportunities for a joyous ride. The eagerness that you have to get to where you know you are going is helping to keep you going through the tough times. But your ability to enhance your experience of the shift has in large part not yet been tapped into.
When you think about exactly what it is that you are doing and the enormity of it, you can glean quite a bit of satisfaction from every experience that you have along your way. You are creating a new universe and a new experience of the fifth dimension. You are actualizing new technology in your physical body that is quite natural and quite capable of taking you beyond that which you can imagine.
This is quite an endeavor, and hitting some potholes and running into some roadblocks along the way are a necessary part of the experience. You ultimately get to decide how you experience this journey. When you are listening to the subtle cues and messages and moving in the direction that you are being nudged into, you do have a better experience of your shift, but when you are too eager to get where you are going, you miss out on all of the gems along the way.
The movement of energy through you is what this ride is all about. It’s an opportunity to experience what it is like to move, to shift, and to harness that energy for creative purposes. When you do engage with your shift with a sense of adventure, you are most certain to have a joyous journey, but when you are only and always about getting to the next phase, then you are giving yourselves tasks, and you are making it into a job.
Relax into the experience and enjoy the place where you are right now. You won’t go back. You won’t have another opportunity to enjoy this part of the journey, so you might as well start right here and right now.

Helping Others Ascend ∞The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are ready, and willing, and able to help all of you in your ascension process. It is a beautiful time to connect with humanity for all of us, because you see, we have the ability to tune in to your evolution. We have the ability to feel the progress that you are making. And so, by helping you, we help ourselves.

When you look around at the others in your world, and you see them struggling, you also have the ability to help them. And in so doing, you help yourself. You can feel the shift occurring as well. You can feel the progress in one person, if you tune in to it, if you pay attention to the signals that you are getting and the energy that is coming off of a person.

And so, when you help another person, you are helping yourself. You are helping yourself in more ways than one. You are helping yourself because you are all connected and because your shift in consciousness is a journey that you are all taking together. You also get to feel the experience of the other person’s shift.

Just as sitting by another individual who is making the death transition can be beneficial for the one looking on, so is it beneficial for you to be in the presence of another who is making progress. The energy coming off of that individual is a roadmap for you and your ascension. Even if you are further along vibrationally than the person you are assisting, you still get the full benefit of that energy and that roadmap.

We are here to help you, and we are here to help you help each other. We are giving you our energetic transmission through these messages. So it is more than just our words that is assisting you. It is our vibration. It is the space that we hold for you.

When you want to be of service to another and assist that person in their journey, remember that the same is true for you. It’s not as significant as you might think for you to take actions or speak words to assist another. It is also the energy that you transmit, the vibration that you hold, and the space that you hold for the other. Those are the things that do the majority of the helping.

You can sit with the intention of helping all of humanity, and you can send out that vibration, and all of humanity will benefit from that little bit of effort on your part. And as we have said, you will benefit as well.

Create Your Reality Using 5D Technology ∞The Pleiadian High Council of 7

“We are the Pleiadian High Council of Seven, and we are pleased to offer you our words of wisdom.
As you recognize the futility of creating your reality using third-dimensional methods, you clear the way for something that is much more effective and certainly faster. We are talking about fifth-dimensional technology. We are talking about creating your reality with your energy.
You are the creator of your reality, but what you sometimes fail to recognize is that you are also the tool that you use to create your reality. What do we mean by that? Well, you are beings of energy. Your energy is what you utilize to create everything. You utilize your energy to create your physical body. You utilize your energy to create the environment around you. And of course you utilize your energy to create experiences like thoughts and emotions. And when we say, ‘your energy,’ we really mean you, the real you.
So it really does serve you to get in touch with you, with who you are. It really is the only game in town to play with your own energy fluctuations. Now how do you modify yourself in order to shift the way that you are vibrating as energy? We recommend taking a multi-layered, multi-tiered approach to this. We recommend seeing yourself as a holistic expression of that energy.
So yes, your actions still count and your thoughts still count. And we are not suggesting that you simply sit in a quiet, dark room meditating on your own energy because that would bore you. And as we said, you need to take a holistic approach to this business of shifting your energy, shifting your self to the higher frequencies. So it is a team effort.
You want to get your body on board. You want to get your thoughts on board. You want to get your emotions on board. You want to take the actions that support the vibration that you want to hold. So it is really about paying attention and recognizing that which is of the frequency that serves your highest good and that which is not.
And sometimes in order to let go of something that is of a lower frequency, you must face it. You must face that belief. You must face that judgment. You must face that past life circumstance or event. And so that is what you are doing. Some of you are just doing it more willingly than others.
So the single most important thing you could in your efforts to create your reality, using the fifth-dimensional technology of yourselves is to pay attention. And as you do, you will notice what is of service to you and what is not, and then you will choose wisely.

A Message to Lightworkers – March 21, 2017

The latest guidance from the Galactics, Earth Elementals, Ascended Masters, Faery Elders, Angels, and Archangels known as the Collective:

Greetings, fellow Light Beings!
We are pleased to have this time to speak with you today.
You have been traveling the equinox energies, and the shift in Light, as true Jedis in the making!
You are witnessing and aligning with not only Light in the sense that your cells are being transformed into higher frequencies, but Light data, in the sense that you are viewing yourselves and one another in renewed and higher ways.
We are aware that there is much unrest, uncertainty, and shadows of doubt crossing not only the minds of many individuals, but of whole cultures across your planet.
These may be seen not as obstacles, but as part of this tremendous shift to a higher plane, both in terms of physical matter and point of view—mass consciousness itself.
During these times when the Ascension process takes over so much of one’s day (and all of one’s night), it is natural and understandable that many would feel that things are slightly out of control, that even current outcomes are too uncertain to be trusted with feelings of peace and calm.
This is your moment, dear ones, to come out of the need for outcomes, for this “uncertain” moment holds the potential for a great leap forward in your evolvement.
For you have been taught that processes exist only for the outcomes they bring—that you work to create great financial abundance, for example, so that you will have that abundance.
Your soul knows differently.


He or she knows that you have incarnated here at this time for the evolvement itself. For the growth engendered by the journey, and not only for what the journey will bring.
And so there must be a love of growth, a relaxing of the grip of control and the need for outcomes as being the reason for the way forward, and a new respect and love for the way itself.
You are the way, as you have heard from numerous teachers.
You are the vessel that holds the Light that brings not only the abundance, but embodies the consciousness that says, “I AM abundance itself, as I AM Love, and I AM Light. I AM both the Creator and the created, and all is well.”
This is why you are here.
Not just to “get through” or “get by” and pay the bills, or to overcome the inequalities and crimes against humanity that have been occurring on Earth for centuries.
Nor are you here to only to gain outer learning and information—nor even to speak with us, though that can be a great encouragement and step forward.
Yet it is a step forward only because that moment of connecting with any of us of the higher realms reminds you that this is who and what you yourself are.


You are not then “reaching” into the higher realms; you are realizing in a single moment of synthesis that you are yourself the very stuff of the higher realms, embodied at present in one small human form.
And so in this time of renewal and turning of tides, we invite you to see yourself as not so small and helpless as you have been taught to see yourself, but to see the beautifully powerful spirit that cannot be held back, no matter what may happen to you outwardly.
Take a moment now to look at your energy, and to see that the aura and the many energy bodies in and around it flow out from your physical self in every direction.
Get a sense of how far your energies extend—then see them fill with a stream of higher Light that flows down from Alcyone, the Great Central Sun.
See the Light of your presence flow out from your body in every direction, till it fills your entire home, then your entire neighborhood, town, region, and country.


You will see now, that it continues to expand, flowing outward until it envelopes the entire planet, and beyond.
We use this process at the start of most of our guided meditations, because we wish to encourage every Light Being currently in human form to see how great and how extensive their energetic presence truly is.
Likewise, the influence of those energies.
Your influence—your energetic presence—extends in fact, to the whole of humankind, the whole of Earth, the whole of the galaxy.
So that when you are out and about doing your daily chores, and you see a child in distress, you are able to send Light to that child’s high heart, which comforts and encourages them at a core level, and to simultaneously extend that Light to every child and young person on the Earth.
Extend it all in need of encouragement now.
For many struggle at present, feeling that the sadness or shock or disengagement—the loss they are feeling, must mean that their life is over, or nearly over, and that it is best if they leave their bodies altogether.
That is not what those emotions indicate, whether they occur in an adult or a youngster.
Those feelings are the result of the multitudinous adjustments of mind, body, and Spirit, to the powerful Light pouring onto the planet from the Cosmos.
Far from indicating the end of any life, they are indicating a beautiful new beginning, an introduction to a whole higher form of human expression on the Earth.
But first, much detoxification of lower energies must occur.
Of course the ego-mind, trained as it is for survival, assumes that the release of these old attachments, identifications, addictions, judgments, expectations, and reactions, must surely mean that the “end is near.”
The end of that which you no longer want or need, however, is not an occasion for panic or sadness.
Even in the midst of grief, anger, or refusal to move on, the human heart has the capacity to sense that a miracle is in the offing.

And what you are seeing now, on your planet, is nothing less than a miracle.
Are there numerous smokescreens being thrown up before your outer eyes and fear-trained mind, to convince you that things are running the opposite of how you dream they can be?
Yes, of course—those well-planned (though shakily executed) schemes are afoot.
Yet do you still imagine that “those in control” really are in control?


Or have you correctly surmised by now that you and your fellow Light Beings are the ones with the greatest co-Creational say here?

That you and your fellow humans, even those only just now beginning to awaken, are the ones to bring this New Earth into noticeable alignment with everyday life?
You have seen a great deal shifting, and have been emboldened and encouraged by it, or you would not even be reading these words.

You would be shoving aside this writing as if it were only so much “fairy tale nonsense” and moving on to the “hard news” that displays only what the old controllers deem fit for your consumption and their purposes.
Instead, you have met in this etheric space to agree with thousands of other Lightworkers (though only two or three are needed)—that yes, you will go out into the world today realizing that as Co-Creators of this new life, you are able, with only the smile that reassures or the encouraging word that bears witness to a higher reality, to carve from the block of marble that is Universal energy, a New Reality.
One where everyone is fed, housed, educated, and made well again.
Where all live in a peaceful environment, able to express their unique and irreplaceable gifts, and full of joy to do so.
Where families, couples, singles, and communities live according to the higher design of their own souls, rather than the programming of the old matrix.
Where Earth takes her place amidst the Intergalactic Confederation of Worlds, with humility and grace.
And when can that begin? you ask. When does this New Earth come in?

And yet that is our question to you.
For in truth, you have begun it, purely by being on the Earth at this time and anchoring the higher energies required for fifth dimensional thoughtforms and outer forms to become part of everyday living.
And we ask that you anchor them for yourselves as well.

To have the courage—the gall and the unheard-of audacity—to stop a negative thoughtform in its tracks and  to remind it that“I Am creating something far higher than your worry, or your judgment, or sadness. You can come along, or you can keep quiet. It’s up to you.”

For this is what is needed now, dear ones!
This is why the old phrase “Jump in the saddle” is needed now.
For no one can rescue you from outer circumstances that you have yourself, on a higher level, placed there to put yourself in the position of having to realize and use your own co-Creative power.
You may believe us when we say that whatever you may be gifted with, or cured of, or or fulfilled by, you will  create the same challenging circumstances again and again, until you understand:
“I AM abundance! I AM health and well-being! I AM self-love, and able to give and receive the Love of another! I AM. And that is all that is needed here.”
And indeed, it is, though you have yet, most of you, to grasp that fully.
Here is your road, your way forward. And we are with you at every moment of it.
Namaste, dear ones! You are coming to see your glory, and we rejoice to see it.

Extreme Waves of Energy ∞The 9th Dimensional Arcturian Council

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are able to give you a reading on the current energetic situation on planet Earth, and it looks like there are waves of energy moving around with high highs and low lows within them. What this means is that you are giving yourselves one last look and taste of extreme polarities. If you feel that you are being tossed around, or if you feel like you are high one minute and low the next, it is a result of you encountering these waves that are executing a plan.
They have the intention of showing you how much polarity there still is, but they also have the purpose of giving you the choice to let go of that way of living. When you feel done with the rollercoaster ride, you will choose something that is less extreme and less polarized. You will feel more heart-centered, more present and more grounded, because you will have found the stability within yourself that is necessary in order to experience these waves of extremity.
You will demonstrate to yourselves that you can handle the downs. You know you can handle the ups, but when the downs come along, and they are measured against such extreme ups, it can be very challenging for you to maintain any sort of equilibrium. No matter where you are and no matter what you are feeling, it is always going to benefit you to return to your center, to find your balance point, and to look for stability within yourself, rather than in the events and circumstances of your life.
Even in a state of complete chaos, you can find your center and you can operate from your heart. You can let these waves toss you around and be the cause of your loss of hope, or you can use them as an opportunity to decide once and for all what type of life experience you would like to have as you move forward. It is entirely up to you. The choice is yours.
We suggest that you say your goodbyes to extreme polarity. And even when in the midst of one of the lows you will be able to find the strength to get through it, because you will know that this type of rollercoaster ride is on its way out. It is the third dimensional experience, and you are simply having one last go round before you leave it all behind for the much more peaceful experience of the fifth dimension.

Arcturian Group: Align Only With Your Highest Truth

Dear readers, once again we greet you in love and respect as we witness personal and global struggles. We honor your courage as you continue to unfold into an ever-deepening consciousness of oneness much like a bud opens to the fullness of the flower.
You have become the wayshowers, awake and ready to fulfill your chosen reasons for being here at this time.
We see many of you working to resolve day to day issues as well as to spiritually evolve while still using tools that no longer work simply because you have evolved beyond them. They are familiar to you and still work for those who resonate with them, but most of you have evolved beyond them–you are no longer that state of consciousness.
Every truth that unfolds in awareness must be held secretly and sacredly in the heart and then lived in order for it to fully flower as your state of consciousness. To continue seeking outwardly after you know what you are seeking lies within, will hold you in the past, in beliefs of separation.
You may still be guided to some book, class, or activity important to your understanding, that the book, class, or activity must be seen for what it is, a tool needed at the time but not a lifeline to hold on to forever. Truth is infinite and unfolds forever in new and deepening ways, but truth cannot enter into a mind that is already full. There must be the letting go of what is already known in order for the new to come in.
As wayshowers it is your responsibility to act, speak, and live your state of consciousness. For example, a wayshower (without conscious thought) often demonstrates problem resolution through the love and respect reflected in his life, words, and actions. This, in turn, will be observed by some who have always believed that resolution is only possible through force, law, or violence. A seed of truth has been planted in their consciousness.
Many spiritually prepared individuals are now observing, seeking answers, and new methods of problem-solving. They will see and seek you out because of their readiness. They feel your energy and are drawn to it. Spiritual invisibility is about to change or already has for many of you because you have become Light workers.
Do not panic, for being a Lightworker does not mean you will never again have a personal life or be able to do the things you love. It simply means that you endow every action, interaction, and activity with Light simply because it is your state of consciousness. You still do the every day ordinary things, but now with deeper awareness.
We wish to speak of alignment. The energy yourself align with, you manifest. Alignment means becoming one with the energy of some person, idea, belief system etc., allowing it to be yours–temporarily or permanently. Many of you may be finding that you are having more accidents, little mishaps, and irritating experiences. This is because planetary and personal energy has become very intense, resulting in the instantaneous manifestation of whatever you are in alignment with.
It is important from now on to align only with your highest truth. When you remain aligned with three-dimensional concepts and beliefs, no matter how irrelevant they may seem, it is what you will quickly manifest because there is no unexpressed consciousness. Likewise, where there is alignment with truth (harmony, completeness, love etc.), forms that reflect this manifest.
Begin to use ordinary experiences as reminders–“What belief am I in alignment with that has manifested as…? Am I aligned with current and popular concepts of duality and separation or am I in alignment with truth?” The days of thinking about, studying, and discussing truth while continuing to live out from the old belief system, are finished for any serious student of truth.
What people, places, ideas, beliefs, etc. am I choosing to align with? Everything is energy. You have all experienced being with certain people who leave you feeling drained. This happens when you interact with someone from a place of sympathy instead of compassion, which brings you into alignment with their lower resonating energy and allows them to draw energy from you.
Never doubt that there is an element that feeds on the negative energies of war, violence, and cruelty. When you understand this, you will not so easily be pulled into the dense and long hidden energies that are now rising to the surface of world awareness in order to be seen for the nothingness that they really are, and once and for all be cleared .
You are powerful because you are made of the very substance of the Divine. When you are in alignment with this fact, you will begin to see it manifest in every aspect of your lives. This does not mean that everything suddenly becomes rosy and there are no more problems. In fact, your conscious realization of completeness may very well manifest as something you have long feared to look at but which desperately needs to be cleared.
Let go of constantly seeking for truth because when you do that, you align with the belief that you are separate from it and will always be seeking. You have spiritually evolved beyond believing that some guru, or spiritual teacher has more or is more than you. They are often simply a step ahead of you in their journey. Trust your intuition, for not all teachers are enlightened.
Everyone embodies the fullness of the Divine consciousness, because nothing else exists. It is only the false beliefs of duality and separation accepted into consciousness that form experiences of being less than what each really is. Enlightenment is nothing more than a journey of experiences through many lifetimes that end in finally realizing “That which I have been seeking, I AM”.
“I am that I am.” Let this sacred and powerful truth be your mantra in every situation. It will help you to remember that everything you have sought lifetime after lifetime has always been fully present within. That which I have been seeking, I already am– ONE Omnipresent, Omniscient, and Omnipotent Reality.
Sacred knowledge carries with it obligation and responsibility and must never be used for selfish purposes as it has been in the past and even yet today. Great karmic burden follows those who misuse truth. However, understand that the creations of the “dark arts” are illusory and need never be feared because they are not in alignment with reality–unconditional love and oneness.
Every spiritual idea of Divine Consciousness is embodied within every soul–abundance, joy, peace, wholeness, harmony, completeness etc. etc. The realization (not simply intellectual knowledge) of this is then translated by mind into forms that are understandable and personal to the individual. Example; A conscious realization of abundance as being an omnipresent quality of Source will manifest in the forms needed by an individual, forms he can relate to. In the world, the Divine quality of Omnipresence is manifesting as ever evolving forms of transportation.
Live, move, and have your being in truth dear ones, for you are ready and are no longer students. There comes a time when the tools of seeking that once served you well, must be let go. In the human scene, if a school student refused to graduate, choosing instead to remain a perpetual student even though there was nothing new to learn, everyone would question his sanity. The same goes for the spiritual school. At a certain point every person must graduate from outer/intellectual paths to the inner where everything new awaits.
Alignment with truth manifests as qualities of reality. Alignment with any thing other than truth can only manifest as and perpetuate illusion.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.
We are pleased to give you the following progress report. As a collective, you are shifting and doing so more quickly all the time. This shifting that has most recently occurred has brought you into a very positive space for the human collective. You could, as a collective, create a much more harmonious world with equality, and with all people on Earth thriving, in just a matter of moments.
So the evolution of your consciousness is tied to the other humans on your planet. When you seek to reach out energetically to any or all of them, you help to move that evolution forward. What we are seeing amongst you, and what is quite impressive, is how many more of you are recognizing the power that you have to co-create in this reality right now.
Your world is beckoning for this type of co-creation. The Earth herself is sending out signals to get you to come together as a collective and stand for what you believe in. She is egging you on to take more of an active role in your stewardship of the planet. Humanity is ready to start communicating more as a collective.
More and more of you are awakening to the fact that you are all connected to one another, and not just by your Internet. You are connected to one another energetically and can reach out to all the other humans on the planet with a simple message of peace and love. You have the ability to touch the hearts of all of the other humans on Earth and to initiate an even more powerful shift among you.
We invite you to feel for the power that you have to move mountains. When you utilize all of the connections that you have, when you put something out there to the entire collective, excluding absolutely no one, it is like conversing with Source Energy Itself. You can accomplish so much in so little time.
You are wondrous beings, still discovering how powerful you are, and we see it as our job to remind you from time to time that you are the creator beings who experience this reality. And as co-creators with the entire collective, you are more powerful than even we know.
