A Message to Lightworkers – October 28, 2019
by Caroline Oceana Ryan | Leave a Comment This week’s guidance from the Ascended Masters, Galactics, Earth Elementals, Faery Elders, Angelic legions, and Archangels known as the Collective: An excerpt from the Collective’s new eBook, Joyful Health Eating: The Collective Speak on Enjoying Food and Allowing Health and Slimness. From Chapter 1: The Sugar Matrix Food and eating can present a great challenge in modern life. In the developed countries, those who have the money to buy their own food needn’t grow crops or livestock. You simply go to your favorite grocery store and buy at least the basics of what you need. This amazing ease of availability has created other challenges. Anyone wanting to eat healthfully, drop unneeded weight, and end food addictions, will find themselves swimming against the current—against a whole platform that has been carefully created to engage you in illness, exhaustion, and being overweight for most of your life. This program beings in infancy. So that unless your energies are lined up so as to very efficiently flow with a much higher energetic current, leading you to an empowered experience of healthy living and inner balance, you will feel lost and misdirected many days, no matter what experts you listen to. Most people have not yet tapped into that higher current. The “weight loss” programs—the deprivation diets, mind-over-matter strictness, and increased exercise—are built on the opposite of what anyone seeking change really needs. Rather than being built on a platform of self-Love and desire for inner healing, they are based on an ongoing program of self-criticisms—and that is never enough. Not enough to ensure ongoing wellness and slimness, and not enough to lead you to experience Peace of mind and calm as you enjoy the food that is right for you, and as your body relaxes into its perfect weight. You are aware that everyone’s needs are different. Nutritional advice that is perfect for some can never fit everyone’s needs. The many traps and forms of mental programming that you were born into are enough to keep anyone confused, angry, disempowered, and at least partly ill or impaired nearly all the time. This is why we do not scold, do not get “strict” with those who desire or badly need to change not only what they eat, but how and why and when they eat. Because considering the world you were born into, to know how to eat as healthfully as possible is one of the very great challenges most people experience. Many experts want to guide you through the maze of modern eating. Yet your own higher self, who speaks within you as your intuition, is the wisest possible guide. The one you have chosen to assist you in choosing the highest path to answer to your individual needs and desires. One of the great challenges is that you have been strictly trained against listening to your intuition and following it. Because of this, it can take real courage some days to heed what your intuition is saying. Not only because the logical mind has been lauded as the only inner voice worth listening to, but because your subconscious mind has received strict programming right from the start of life to ignore your intuition. Intuition has long been considered an untrustworthy, shadowy aspect of human life, because it is powerfully connected to the heart. And the heart, you have been told, is “deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked” as one religion puts it. It’s nothing you want to trust, in other words. Or if it’s not wicked, it is at the very least unreliably subjective and emotional in its reasoning—more like a woman than a man, is the unspoken idea. That belief was created to steer you away from your own higher instincts, as well as your Divine Feminine aspect. It is one of the things that you have come in to face and dissolve, in your era. The way to good health for you will often lie in the wisdom of your higher self. He or she loves you completely and knows you in all ways, and shines a Light on your own higher path at all times. Your conscious, left-brain mind can only hold so much information at one time, and will not so much tap into the wisdom that is your own higher guidance, as the spew out the prevailing beliefs of your day. “Avoid wheat! . . . Look out for gluten! . . . Forget about wine . . . Avoid the potatoes!” and on and on. There is more at stake here than simply avoiding modern processed foods, though it is true that many of these are unhealthful. Yet more than that, we wish to encourage you to make decisions based on your own inner guidance, and not only all the voices in your culture warning you about what is good and what isn’t. Outer guidance can be helpful, but it is most helpful and positive when it comes as a message from your own Spirit team—your guides, Angelic guardians, and higher self. In this ebook we’ll look into what a large group of Light Bringers who were surveyed named as their biggest stumbling blocks on the path to eating healthfully, and some ways to dissolve those blocks. This includes the topics of releasing addictions, and learning to see food as a happy and healthy support to health and well-being, instead of a tricky minefield full of guilt and poor choices. We’ll also look at how the subconscious will often hold weight in place as a form of protection from the trauma suffered early on in life, or in a past life. Sugar: Facing Down the Food Matrix In the survey, hundreds of people were asked, What troubles you most about your eating habits? Many replied that food cravings and addictions were by far the hardest food challenge they faced, naming sugar as the most addictive substance: “Being addicted to sugar, yet knowing it puts on fat on my body.” “Being with a partner who craves sugary foods, and me not being disciplined enough to resist eating them.” “I turn to sugar and salt to squash my sensitivity or feelings.” “Carb cravings.” “My nighttime binges on sweets. I can be good all day, but then can’t control the craving for dessert after dinner.” “Mostly I’m not troubled, but sometimes I cannot leave bread alone.” “Too much sugar, not enough vegetables. I want to eat better. But this 3D work has me challenged.” “Craving sweets. Coming up with recipes that are free of gluten, dairy, soy, nut, and eggs.” “I am a junk foodie.” “Sugar addiction! I go off all sweets for many months, then slowly have a little here and a little there, until I find I crave it again.” “Feeling hungry late at night.” “Grazing and craving things that aren’t very healthy, and what that could be attached to, both energetically and emotionally.” “Addictions. I want to become a sugar-free vegan, but struggle with eating dairy, candy, sometimes fish. It is difficult for me to create a schedule of meals with good nutrients. I worry about many things, even not being able to eat healthy, and then I start to eat harmful substances.” “Still crave sugar, don’t always have organic foods accessible.” “I can no longer eat sugar or have caffeine without suffering. I seem to be holding myself to a higher standard that requires so much more work (cooking, cleaning, etc.).” “I only seem to desire chocolate or sweets, and have a very poor appetite.” “I need to eat potatoes and carbs to feel calm and sleep well.” We will speak about sugar, and about general cravings, including cravings for carbohydrates, which are powerfully related to sugar cravings. Sugar was discovered and began to be processed into its current highly refined form in Asian countries several thousand years ago, and in Europe during the middle ages. It began being disseminated throughout the ruling classes of Europe by the late middle ages. The same explorers who found sugar cane and syrups amongst the indigenous peoples of different lands were shown many natural cures for illnesses and disorders that plagued Europeans. The natural remedies were kept and disseminated amongst the wealthy elite of Europe. The sugar—early on recognized as powerfully addictive—was disseminated not only amongst the nobility, but over time, amongst the lower economic classes, and once they were formed, the middle classes. Someone seeking to completely control another knows that an addiction is a powerful inducement for the addict to follow the supplier’s orders. More than that, the addict cannot see or think clearly while needing the drug. They are not only powerfully distracted from everyday matters, even urgent situations. They are held back from positive thought and independent reasoning. And they have only a vague interest in hearing their own inner voice. If that voice isn’t leading them back to the thing they are addicted to, it is viewed as irrelevant and somewhat useless. That inner voice will be gently leading them away from anything that harms the body, mind, spirit. It will encourage them to drink more pure water, to rest more if needed, to find exercise they love, to heal the inner wounds that have their subconscious convinced that they aren’t safe without the extra weight. And it will encourage them to engage in life on a level where pleasure and fulfillment are experienced in different ways. It will lead them to view eating as a time of calm, positive nourishment, not a time of appeasing addictions, or feeling guilty about food choices. If that voice and presence are ignored and discarded as an intrusion, it’s because the addiction has become a force of its own, with a persona of its own, training the mind to ignore all advice outside of getting what it wants . . .
