Our Dear Emissaries to Earth,
We come to you in this NOW to inform you that we will be landing soon, but only in a frequency of reality in which “Power Within Self” has replaced all remnants of  “Power Over Others.”

Hence, the frequency in which we land will be determined by humanity. We know that those who live via Power Within are not responsible for those who linger in the lower dimensional format of Power Over Others.

All that our beloved returnees to lightbody can do to assist the ones lost to Power Over, is to send them Unconditional Love and Violet Fire. Then you must release them from your consciousness, as it is their decision to awaken or remain asleep within a reality of fear and domination.

By remaining in the format of fear and domination they will have chosen to attach their lower states of consciousness to the remnants of Gaia’s Lower Astral Plane. The Lower Astral Plane is much like the cellar of an old house that has been abandoned. This “old house” is being renovated from the “roof” down.

As the “house” is renovated, the frequency rate will expand into higher dimensions that are not accessible to those who chose to live in the darkness of the cellar among that which has been long ago been stored and forgotten.

In other words, as our awakening ones remember to forget the lost ones, their consciousness will expand beyond “frequency range of experience” of those lost to the “cellar.” Hence, the lost ones will remain in the lowest planes of existence, while the ascending ones align with higher and higher frequencies of reality.

Eventually, the frequency of the planet will be so wonderfully high, that the lower astral plane will be shed from Gaia’s body. Just as an animal takes on a heavy fur coat for the long, cold winter and sheds it in the spring, Gaia will shed Her heavy, Lower Astral Plane.

As She returns to Her beloved fifth dimensional frequency, She will first shed the density of the Lower Astral Plane and, eventually, shed all of remnants of Her third and fourth dimensional planetary body.

As we have often said, Gaia is an extremely loving Mother. Therefore, as long as She carries any remnants of third/fourth dimensional time, She will provide a place where her lost ones can decide to enter into the Light.

This Higher Light will eventually engulf even the lowest astral plane, and the lost ones will need to re-locate to another planet on which they will, hopefully, release their habit of Power Over, as well as their need to be a victim, have an enemy, and suffer before they can change.

You see, Power Over can only exist when there are others who have chosen to be a victim. We are not saying that the choice to be a victim is a conscious choice, as it is usually an unconscious choice. Many have become addicted to the third dimension format of ruler and ruled.

This addiction will only fade when those trapped within the format of Power Over remember that Gaia is a planet that is ruled by free will. Because of Gaia’s free will, those who chose to be in the Power Over format in order to be a victim, can also choose to release that addiction and take charge of their own life.

Those who wish to help these ones can best do so by sending them Unconditional Love and Violet Fire. Unconditional Love is likely unknown to those lost to the Power Over format, as they have likely lived their lives, in fact they have likely lived many lives, believing that they were not the masters of their own destiny.

However, the gift of Unconditional Love will greatly impact them, as they have likely only received conditional love throughout many of their incarnations. Once they receive Unconditional Love, they will begin to realize that just maybe they can stand up to whatever has kept them in the pattern of being a victim.

That realization will change their life forever, as they will discover that they just may deserve love “unconditionally.” The concept of deserving love just because you are alive is likely very new to them, as they have grown up believing that they are not “good enough.”

With this realization, they are ready to receive your gift of the Violet Fire to assist them in their process of transmutation into a higher frequency of reality. There are many invisible sub-planes in the physical plane of the third dimension.

Because love is far too often “conditional” within that frequency of reality, many people become lost in the belief that they are not “good enough.” The dark ones have had a great deal of power within that resonance of reality for many cycles.

They have maintained their power by convincing others that they are not strong enough to stand up for themselves and need the “help” of those who appear to be stronger. Because those trapped in what they perceive as their failures, disappointments, hardships of the lowest resonance of the third dimension are so beaten down by life, they do not recognize that the assistance of these dark ones is really a trap.

Therefore, the cycle goes on and on from failure to failure and from trap to trap. How does one recover from this cycle? We return again to Unconditional Love. Unconditional Love is NOT an emotion. Unconditional Love is an energy field of love, hope, empowerment, and promise.

We will now address each of these concepts beginning with love. Love is an energy field that travels in expanding cycles, where as love’s opposite, fear, travels in ever decreasing cycles. We say “cycles” as energy fields travel in circular patterns, as they also travel vertically and horizontally.

When we talk about an “energy field,” we mean “a package of energy that resonates to the same “fields” of thoughts and emotions. In this case, think of the word  “field” much as a field of grass, flowers, snow or crops, such as wheat. Everything on this “field” is similar and needs the same amount of light, water, warmth, and/or shade.

In the same manner, an energy field holds similar thoughts, which grow from the “field” of similar emotions. If one grows up and/or becomes trapped in an energy field of disappointment, failure, loss and suffering, they will find others like them lost in that energy field.

Since they are all lost, it is difficult for anyone to see the way out. Those who live via power over others work hard to create situations, which diminish people and group them with other people who have also been diminished.

However, unconditional love is also an energy field. However, this energy field is the collection acceptance, support and the empowerment of loving one’s self enough to openly and warmly love another. Because every person can love and accept themselves, they can also love and accept others.

In other words, one can only “give away” what they “have.” If a small group from the energy field of Unconditional Love were to join the energy field of disappointment and suffering, they would instantly feel that something is very wrong.

Then, because they have been surrounding by Unconditional Love, they are able to say, “How can we help you?” On the other hand, they would likely feel inadequate if one who was accustomed to the energy field of disappointment and hardship. 

In this case, the great power of Unconditional Love would greatly assist the one who has been beaten down by the hardships of life because there is NO judgment in Unconditional Love. Instead, there is acceptance and patience.

Do you see how we are showing you the “big picture” of your reality? While you are walking in the midst of a huge “field” you can only see that which is around you. However, if you were up on a hill, or in a plane—or a starship—you would get the same perspective as we do from the higher dimensions of our ships.

We welcome you to join us on our ships, but most of you are not yet able to consciously have that experience. However, we wish you to know that many of you join us while you are in your fourth dimensional astral body. Most often this occurs while you are sleeping or doing a deep meditation, but soon your visits will be more common.

Just as the person who lived within a fear-based, power over energy field may feel uncomfortable in a love-based, power within energy field, your third dimensional consciousness may feel very uncomfortable in a fifth dimensional star ship. Fortunately, our ships are filled with Unconditional Love, which will instantly make you feel safe and peaceful.

Furthermore, just as the Unconditional Love we share with you transmutes your energy field into a higher resonance, your unconditional love toward those trapped in a power-over energy field will transmute their energy field into a higher resonance.

Did you realize that you had that much power-within? Did you realize that just by sending Unconditional Love to someone in need that you can greatly contribute toward their process of transmutation into a higher resonance?

Your world is on the cusp of great change, and chaos usually precedes change. You will all be called upon to leave your comfort zone and to bravely face aspects of reality that could be very challenging, in fact frightening, to those who had never considered the fact that there are other civilizations beyond Earth.

Then, they will be confronted with the fact that these civilizations are far more technologically, mentally, socially, and emotionally advanced. Those who have lived by their “power over others” regime will be shocked, terrified, and dangerous.

Therefore, those of you who are informed and prepared mentally and emotionally, will be called on to send your deepest Unconditional Love into the energy fields of fear, confusion, and disbelief.

Many of our Earth friends will welcome the shift in their reality because they are informed and have been in connection with us for many decades. On the other hand, many people have never even considered that there are higher dimensions of reality in which uncountable societies and worlds live in peace and unconditional love.

We hear you asking, “When will this happen?” We answer you by asking, “When will you be ready to totally shift your perception of reality to include the higher dimensions?”

You see, we will begin our landings in the lower realms of the fifth dimension. Hence, only those who have expanded their consciousness beyond the fourth dimension and into threshold of the fifth dimension will be able to perceive our presence.

As you can see from your Internet, books and classes, more and more people are beginning to consciously embrace a reality in which the illusions of the third/fourth dimensions are replaced with the proof that there is a fifth dimensional world, as well as far, far beyond.

Are YOU ready to embrace this higher dimensional energy field? If you answer is YES, then you will likely be among those who will be preparing, educating and calming those who are not ready.

If you answer is NO, then you likely will never read this message.
But if you do, remember that reality is a choice of one’s perception.
The reality that you chose to perceive is the reality that you will believe is real.
And, the reality that YOU believe is real is the reality that you will live.

Remember, whether you admit it or not, you are ALL the creator of your reality! Also, please remember, “Time is an illusion of the third dimension.” When we say that we are coming NOW, that means that you will experience that NOW only when YOU are ready.

There are many of you with whom we communicate on a daily basis. Also, there are many of you who often visit our Ships. Allow your third dimensional earth-brain to take as long as you need to adapt to the New Earth that is here NOW!

More and more of you are awakening with vivid, yet quickly disappearing, messages from your nightly meetings in dreamtime. These meetings are very real, but as soon as you awaken from your fourth dimensional dreamtime, your third dimensional self will quickly forget them.
Therefore, we advise that you keep a writing pad or means of documentation next to your bed so that as you awaken you can document these inter-dimensional meetings.
You must document these inner meetings almost immediately upon awakening, as your third dimensional brain is not yet trained to store this frequency of information and will quickly forget the meeting that was initially very vivid and “real.”
We say “real”, meaning that when you first awaken, and/or slightly before you awaken, your third dimensional brain is able to store these messages not as a “dream,” but as a “real” experience. Remember, your third dimensional brain is programmed to only perceive physical encounters as “real.”
Hence, any experiences that occur within your fourth dimensional, alpha-wave consciousness are considered by your 3D brain to be “a dream” or “just your imagination.” Fortunately, your own multidimensional consciousness, which is NOW interfacing with your physical brain, will remind you that, “everything you perceive is real.”
However, it may not resonate to the frequency of the third-dimensional, physical world. Your meditations are real. Your daydreams are real. Your night dreams are real, and your imagination is real.
You are NOW being called on to activate your entire physical body. By that we mean, you are being called upon to bring your “whole brain thinking,” your dreams, day-dreams, and your power of imagination, online with your third dimensional brain.
You may think that this information would be overwhelming, but please remember that you have been “brainwashed” over myriad incarnations on Earth to believe that your perceptions were only real if they resonated to the frequency of the third dimension.
Your perceptions were also considered “real” if they were “OK’d” by the 3D consensus reality. This primitive use of the wonderful interface system of your physical brain began when you were “brainwashed” during your lives in the later days of Atlantis.
This brainwashing continued then during the long, dark ages, and even into your “modern” world. The myriad churches that were actually run by the Illuminati, as well as the many forms of brainwashing that given to you via your modern “commercials” has been very affective.
These “commercials,” which inflict your consciousness from every form of media, as well as road signs and huge billboards, tell you how you need to think, act, and be if you want “others” to accept, or even like, you.
As we said before, this type of brainwashing began after the peak of Atlantis when it was moving toward its fall. Atlantis had been a fourth dimensional reality that slowly sank deeper and deeper into the third dimension due to the malefic intentions of the “power over others” that had immigrated to Earth after they lost the Great Galactic War.
You, our dear ascending ones, are just NOW expanding your consciousness beyond the third dimensional beta waves. This beta wave, third dimensional thinking, greatly limits your beliefs to think that only the third dimensional, physical world was “real” and everything else was “just your imagination.”
However, more and more of you are expanding your waking consciousness to embrace the concept that the fourth dimensional world is “not just a dream.” You, the awakening ones, are increasingly remembering the many messages that you are receiving and the experiencing that you are having in your dreamtime.
Once you remember these inner experiences, you realize that there is much to be gained by remembering and documenting your dreams. Once you begin this process, your conception of “the real world” slowly—or quickly—expands to include the fourth dimension.
It is at this point that you begin to remember your “meetings in dreamtime.” We, the Galactics and Celestials who have extended our multidimensional essence to resonate within the bandwidth of your fourth dimension, are happily greeting you within this frequency of reality.
You can, and many of you do, communicate with us while you are awake and meditating. You can enter “Dreamtime”, and much higher worlds, via meditation. Furthermore, if you are meditating, rather than sleeping, there is part of your multidimensional self that can document your experiences within the NOW that you are experiencing them .
This documentation is vital, as your physical brain cannot effectively store multidimensional messages. Fortunately, as you document your experiences, and especially if you share them, you ground them into your physical world.
Once grounded into the third dimension, these messages begin to interact with the myriad third dimensional thought forms that invisibly float through your physical reality like a virus. In many ways these 3D thought forms serve like a virus in that they “infect” your innate multidimensional thinking.
It is for this reason that the lost/dark ones have flooded your reality with myriad 3D messages telling you that if you want to be accepted, if you want to be “good enough,” you MUST buythis “thing.”
Of course, the money that it costs you to buy this useless thing all goes to those who have used the fear of your not being “good enough” so that you will give your money to them. This is a double-edged sword because when you give you money to “them,” you do not have enough money to give to the person, places, establishments, and situations that would use your money to heal persons and planet.
It is for this reason that we have taken the risk to have regular meetings in the mid-to-higher fourth dimension, so that you can join us during your dreamtime. We say, “taken the risk,” because the fourth dimension to us is much like you being on the bottom of the ocean.
The fourth dimensional frequency is so dense to us that it feels as if the weight of an ocean is on us. Therefore, we take short shifts and only remain at the frequency for a short amount of what you would perceive as time.
We wish to congratulate you, our volunteers to Earth, for clearing up your own fourth dimensional auras, which serve to clean up Gaia’s fourth dimension aura, enough that we can briefly tolerate the density of the fourth dimensional aura of dear Gaia.
We are very pleased that many of our friends wearing earth vessels have been able to educate more and more of our visitors to Earth who became lost in the lies and illusions of the timeline of your third dimensional Earth.
Because so many of you have been able to awaken to your true, multidimensional nature you are able to consciously accept the higher frequencies of light that are bathing dear Gaia to prepare Her for planetary ascension.
Those wearing an earth vessel NOW have the rare opportunity to participate in the impending event of planetary ascension. By “planetary ascension” we mean that Gaia is opening up Her fifth dimensional habitat zone for “conscious population.”
We say “conscious population” because many of you have been visiting fifth dimensional Earth, but do not remember that experience once you return to the limited perceptions of your third dimensional earth vessel.
It is for this reason that we are visiting your dreams, just before you are ready to awaken, in hopes that you will remember our meeting. We further hope that you document our meeting and share it with others. Be sure to remind those with whom you communicate to also share their experiences.
Your commercials have trained you that you must hear the same message over and over again in slightly different ways before you can determine that that message is “real” and not “just your imagination.”
Fortunately, this 3D indoctrination does not cross the barrier over into your fourth dimensional thinking unless your self-esteem has been greatly weakened. By “self esteem,” we mean the esteem in which you hold your self.
Many of our “Meetings in Dreamtime” have been focused on reminding you that you are held in great “esteem” by your Galactic Family for all that you have done to assist Gaia with Her planetary ascension.
How do you remember that you have just awakened from a meeting in dreamtime? You will likely remember our meeting immediately upon your awakening, but our message is too often very fleeting to your third dimensional consciousness.
Therefore, when you awaken with a dream in your mind: immediately close your eyes again before you fully awaken.

• Then, relax into the feeling of being in both your dream world and your physical world.
• Allow images of your nightly journey to dance with your 3D memory.
• Go into a meditative state in which you are not asleep, but not fully awake.
• In this state, you can often recover the important higher dimensional messages that your 3D brain has interpreted as “just a dream.”

Once you recapture that dream:

• Step into the dream and tell your self the dream with your eyes closed.
• When you tell your self your dream, you transfer the dream from your fourth-dimensional dream reality and into your third-dimensional conscious thinking.

Then, when you open your eyes: 

• Immediately reach for the pad and pen that is always stored next to your bed.
• And quickly write down everything that you can remember. If you slip back into sleep, it is likely to assist you to remember your dreamtime message. Hence, be sure to tell yourself the dream, and immediately write it down.

With practice, you will train your third dimensional waking brain to remember your dreams longer, and/or to remember the short picture or message that flew through your awareness at the moment of your awakening.
This short picture or message is telling you, “This is an inter-dimensional message that you will want to remember in your waking life.” As you follow the above process, you will begin to more vividly and more often remember your dreams.
You will also be able to remember your dreams for a longer time, so that you can get to your computer to type them. If you have a daily meditation practice, even if it is only for a few minutes, you will be more able to remember your dreams.
Remember that daily meditations expand your conscious perceptions
 into higher and higher frequencies of reality.
As your daily states of consciousness expand into higher and higher dimensions,
your experiences of daily life will change.
Then, your priorities will shift from day-to-day survival
to the ongoing process of planetary ascension.
There are more and more grounded ones who have made this shift away from 3D survival and into 5D ascension. What they are all discovering is that, “What you think about, youbringabout.”
Therefore, if you think about all the horrible things that can happen in your 3D world, you actually serve to calibrate your attention to those experiences. On the other hand, if you think about planetary ascension, you calibrate your consciousness to your Multidimensional SELF.
With your focus on your Multidimensional SELF, you are in constant communication with the higher frequency perceptions of your own Higher SELF.
Then, while those who can only attend to the physical world worry about the myriad negative and controlling messages that they receive every day, you are focusing on the higher dimensional reality that is continually merging with your daily, 3D life.
Via this higher dimensional focus, you will gain more and more information about the developing multidimensional reality that you are visiting during your dreams, meditations, creative endeavors, and conversations with others who have also embraced their higher dimensional SELF and higher dimensional PERCEPTIONS.
Those who keep their perceptions pinned to the third dimensional and lower fourth dimensional versions of reality are becoming increasingly frightened, angry, erratic, and confused.
On the other hand, those who have embraced their higher dimensional experiences as “realevents” that are occurring in the “real world,” are becoming calmer, more centered and increasingly dedicated to assisting Gaia with Her process of Planetary Ascension.
Gaia is a free will planet. Which reality do you choose?

Wake up Call: Ohmnipure, May 25, 2016 

I am here today to tell you of a shift that is in the works as I speak. It is one that will bring so many of you to your knees, so to speak, and that will break the energy of fear into tiny pieces to be tossed into the Light and transformed into the Love Essence of Mushaba, and all of the other energies of transformation that have been created in the beginning of existence.


 
I am Ohmnipure, and I am another Mushaba being who is making itself known to all of you. With the beginnings of the Essence of Mushaba, it was the understanding of all of existence that there would be an opening of the Light and Love that was in peril on earth at this time, and that the opening would bring the truth forth in so many that it would be impossible to withhold all of the strength that can and will bring the truth to the people of this planet and beyond.


 
It is now in the presence of so many as to what has been going on for so long, and it is coming out to the public in a way that cannot be denied. It will bring the ones who have been misrepresenting themselves as ‘for the people’, when in reality they have been only for themselves and the others who have been operating through all of the essences of fear that has built a wave of darkness that is now falling apart.


 
There is so much that will be revealed to the people about how they have been manipulated and coerced into believing so much that goes against who they truly are, and how they can live in the freedom of who they are within. The facets of the duality of this planet are coming forth in many ways. It is up to you all to be able to listen and watch as the pieces of the puzzle are exposed, and what will come from the freedom in which you will all be living in the coming short period of time.
 
 
Think of time as the essence of how you can express yourself in a way that is disturbing, and then think of it in a way that can be resonating with everyone as the truth that they have felt and seen within. That is what is coming dear ones. Rather than listening to, and believing what others tell you, even though you have the feeling of reserve to the news. Take the opportunity to go within and then express what you know to be the truth.  Walk in the power that you have to live that truth, for it is what you know is the way to show the truth of The Creator within you.


 
As the pieces of the puzzle gather round all of you, it will be obvious what you can do to put them all together and live your lives together as one in harmony with all of creation. It will be a new beginning as soon as you see what it is like to walk in your own power of Love and to be that power in every step. You are only beginning that journey of truth in a way that you had thought that you were. You’re bound to see it as different in these times that are with you now.


 
Go now into your day and see the colors of the rainbow in everything around you. See the beauty of what is before you and take the steps you feel to take to express your Love for all of mankind. It is the most powerful way that you can walk in and create that which you desire and intend for yourselves and all of life on this planet and beyond. It is a treasure of newness that is in the works, and you are the ones who have agreed to this new way of living it.


 
I commend you for what you have done so far in this new way of expressing yourselves. I know that you will continue to do so as the pieces fall into place and the picture begins to make sense for you. Remember that you have the power of Love, and there is nothing that can overcome that when expressed in the purity of the knowing that you are all one, and that you are the creator of your life in every way.


 
I send Love to you in every moment and I feel your Love in return. All is coming into harmony, and Peace, Joy and Love is in the seed of it.

Every person upon the Earth has the ability to receive and accept healing vibrations whether it is from another human being, from an inner plane being or the universe of the Creator. To receive healing is a divine right for all souls on the Earth or the inner planes. It is also important to realise it is every person’s divine right and natural ability to express healing energies from their beings to themselves or others. This means that every person can be healed and can be the healer. When you realise your divine right and natural ability, you empower yourself. The universe of the Creator is always delivering healing frequencies to you and through you it is simply your choice as to whether you wish to receive it solely to support yourself or to share it with others in need.
Many people also believe that in order to be a healer there is a need to be guided or instructed in how to express healing energies. There are many organisations which will support you in this matter upon the Earth and the inner planes; they offer an in-depth understanding while encouraging you to take responsibility for your healing ability. They may focus your awareness to certain healing energies within the universe of the Creator you can call upon to work with you. This has for some time been the accepted route to becoming a healer however at this time of ascension many people in their own time and space are becoming aware of their healing ability and the healing energies their soul wishes them to bring through. It is akin to a remembrance dawning or an activation of your divine right. The vibration of the Earth and humanity is quickening significantly causing many to remember their truth; their natural healing skills and alignments.
If your natural healing ability is activating you may be experiencing heat or a tingly sensation in your hands, feet and even in your chest, brow or crown. This may occur at certain times or even continuously throughout your day. Remember that every part of your body has the ability to express healing energy. You may feel energy flowing through your body like a current of electricity. Know that as your healing ability awakens so your entire being and physical body opens and expands. This may create a deep clearing on many levels, enhanced sensitivity and heightened intuitive senses. Your natural healing ability is not awakening from a past or simultaneous lifetime; it is awakening from your original energies, the truth and essence of your being; your soul, which is an expression of the Creator. Many people may remember the healing techniques they have used in other lifetimes and they may feel guided to share these gifts once more. However, it is the healing ability of your soul which is activating and awakening at this time of ascension. A healing ability aligned with the truth vibration of your soul. This may be a healing you have used in many lifetimes; it is the purest expression available to you through your soul. There may also be many healing vibrations which your soul channels through you, each will have a specific purpose and meaning to you while allowing you to serve others.
Activating Your Soul’s Healing Ability
Whether you already recognise yourself as a healer or not, take time to sit peacefully in meditation or surrounded by beautiful nature.
Repeat, ‘I am a healer, I embody and express my soul’s healing abilities.’ Focus upon your soul star chakra above your head, breathing in and out of this area. Allow the energy of your soul and natural healing abilities of your soul to build as a source of light in this areas.
Then place your focus within your earth star chakra below your feet, breathe into this area until you feel the energy of your soul build.
Take the attention of your mind to your heart chakra or higher heart chakra recognising your soul’s energy. Radiate this energy in all directions allowing yourself to be divinely inspired by the guidance of your soul as to your healing ability.
Your soul may instantly align you to the healing frequency it wishes you to express which may be an aspect of your soul or a frequency from the universe of the Creator. Your soul may share with you the way you can express the healing energy or may simply pour the energy through your being inviting you to observe. It is important to realise the more you practice this exercise, the greater your experience and understanding will become. You can then use the energy expression to support your own healing journey while accessing greater understanding of its influence upon your being. Thus taking responsibility for the energy you express. A belief will manifest that you have the ability to heal any situation in your reality with ease and perfection.
Every person is a natural healer and heals in a perfect way aligned to the Creator.
With your soul’s healing abilities awakening your soul will make you aware of certain energy frequencies it wishes you to express. This ties into an energetic shift which is occurring upon the Earth now. Throughout numerous civilisations and areas of the Earth, people have been practising and expression diverse healing techniques. The healing frequencies and information concerning the healing method still remain with the land where they were practised. Mother Earth is now sending her own healing energies across her body with the purpose of activating all appropriate healing frequencies and methods anchored into the land. Some of the healing frequencies may have been lost or long forgotten. There is now an opportunity for ancient and much needed healing frequencies and understandings to return to the conscious awareness of humanity. Thus, humanity’s knowledge of healing especially healing the physical body will progress and develop immensely. This could cause new understanding in regards to supporting the physical body in healing which would become mainstream and globally accepted.
Mother Earth invites you to express the energy of your soul to surround the Earth, with the intention of activating appropriate healing frequencies and methods, which are required to be remembered and are an integral part of the ascension process of all.
Energetically through meditation you may be drawn to a place upon the Earth to receive and accept the healing frequencies and methods which were once used there. You may even be inspired to physically visit certain areas of the Earth or discover you are becoming aware of a healing frequency in a place upon the Earth you had not expected. It is important to allow yourself to be open and receptive, knowing you cannot push or encourage the process to occur, it will manifest with divine timing and perfection.

Be assured that all proceeds well and much is still happening behind the scenes. As we see it the next two months could well prove to be the most important ones of recent time. It is anticipated that events will have moved on sufficiently for an announcement to be made, that will be the commencement of many more bringing the truth out into the open. In reality no time at all has been lost as much has been happening that has been beyond the reach of the dark Ones. Indeed, as time passes their power is being rapidly diminished and the work of the Light Ones is speeding ahead. The energies of the New Age are bringing out the truth resulting in an upliftment of the vibrations.

Many advances that have been held back are beginning to surface and not least of all those being spread by the Keshe Foundation. For many years their inventions have been suppressed, but no longer as there are so many now being spread by those who wish to see them enter the public domain. They are now being brought to the attention of many sources that have the ability to manufacture them. Their spread cannot therefore be stopped and more and more people are becoming aware of their existence. It is just a matter of time before some official announcements can be made so that the public also become aware.

As the vibrations lift up so more people are awakening to the truth, and it cannot be suppressed any longer. For so long you have been led to believe that you are spiritually lacking, yet nevertheless the growth in understanding has vastly increased in spite of attempts to keep you down. For those who seek the truth many reliable sources exist on your Internet, and it only needs you to follow your intuition. In time only the truth will exist but until you reach that point, there is bound to be some confusion as ages old teachings are still promoted. The time has arrived for each soul that is seeking the truth to largely become their own teacher. However, there is of course benefit from those of similar understanding coming together.

At present the world is awash with troubles originating from the old energies, but as these are cleared the peace that you seek will come into being. It may seem to be an impossible task, but if necessary things can be changed at a stroke to put a stop to confrontation and wars. Peace is coming very soon and then the changes can go speeding ahead, and you will be surprised at how much matters have progressed in the meantime. It has been known that this point in time would be reached and preparations have been made in readiness. All of your sacrifices and efforts to bring peace to Mother Earth will be soon fulfilled and a grand New Age will commence for all to see.

Keep doing your good work, as the finishing tape is in view and many souls are cheering you on. You wanted to volunteer for the Forces of Light knowing that this time would eventually release you from the clutches of the dark Ones. You have so to say, “served your time” and soon you will experience all of the benefits of your dedication to the cause. It was always going to be a satisfactory conclusion and you can look forward to an exciting time as the old energies slowly drift away. They will not be allowed to interfere with progress and in time their actions will be but a memory consigned to history.

Your long wait for some positive signs that reveal the true progress that has been made are getting near. To many who have shown little if any interest in their future, developments will both shock and amaze them. However, they will soon grasp the enormity of the situation and will greet the changers with joy. The future will seem like a dream come true as the dark Ones are prevented from their plan to continue imprisoning Humanity. Few of you have little understanding as to how much of your freedom has been taken away from you. More so how you have been held back from enjoying the benefits of advances made over the last 70 years or so. The Cabal has kept you in the dark and only allowed new technology when it has suited them. It has not been helped by those who have no desire to move forward with the times and lose their profitable businesses. The biggest change that affects all people is where your energy requirements are concerned. Free energy will be yours in good time and some devices are already available.

The changes waiting to be introduced will bring everyone together and remove the condition of the “haves” and “have nots” that will no longer be acceptable. No one will be overlooked and naturally the most needy will be given priority. Everyone will eventually have the essentials to ensure a comfortable living. The wealth of the planet is equally intended for all along with new technologies that will maintain a satisfactory standard of living. Whatever your present level of existence bear in mind that it is partly karmic, and also providing the experiences you need to continue evolving. In reality you never stop learning but the old cycle has ended and a new one is already replacing it.

Hold fast as the old ways are failing and know that the cleansing is necessary to make way for the new. Many different civilisations are working with Mother Earth to establish the changes that will be beneficial all around. Nothing of the old vibrations will remain as they will be uplifted to a higher level. It will signal a 1000 years of peace, during which time you will enjoy a wonderful period of happiness and achievement that you can only dream of at present. The Higher Beings are in control and do not make wild promises that cannot be carried out. Your time has arrived to leave your old ways of living behind and enjoy heavenly bliss.

There is beauty on Earth that you have enjoyed is but nothing compared to the magnificence that awaits you. It is difficult to describe things that you do not have suitable words that are adequate, but whatever your imagination or ideas the truth is much greater. Think big and imagine a future that provides all of your needs, and one where you do not have to work day to day to achieve it. The main reason is because the need for money will slowly disappear. You have been slaves to money and even so many have still had insufficient for the basic needs to survive. Clearly that must change and will do so in a very short time. Keep calm and positive regardless of what is happening around you. There will be some Earth changes but the Galactic Forces are on hand to keep them to a minimum. Any negative happenings will also be short lived and help will come your way if needed.

With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Let us ease your minds about issues that are causing some anxious moments. First, with climate change a topic of global discussion, there is talk about the seas covering islands and inundating coastal areas up to mountain ranges and people by the millions being drowned. That willnot happen—Earth is not going to endanger the lives of her beloved residents during her return to a moderate climate globally. As polar ice and glaciers continue melting, water levels will continue to rise slowly and in small measure overall, and residents of potentially affected areas—sea-level islands, parts of continental coastlines, banks of your largest rivers, and low-lying countries—will have plenty of time to take any necessary preventive action or relocate.
Then there is the prophecy that a sudden pole shift is going to devastate the planet. It would be devastating if the shift were to happen abruptly, but it won’t. Eighty-some years ago Earth’s axis was so out of balance that she was in danger of flying out into space and certain destruction. Powerful civilizations beamed massive light to stabilize Earth’s orbit and enable her to start on an ascension course, and that was the onset of the pole’s ongoing gradual shifting.
Other readers are concerned about Earth’s trajectory into a collision course with a planet that some think is Nibiru and others think is a recently-detected planet considerably larger than Earth. Some information being circulated about this speculative situation is solely to create fear, but lack of knowledge is the root of most. Your astrophysicists don’t know that for more than eight decades Earth has been journeying into successively higher energy planes, thus they are mystified and alarmed by seeing new celestial bodies. We reassure you, dear family, Earth will continue traveling safely and steadily all the way to her destination in fifth density!
Emails about the United States’ presidential election have been coming in for well over a year, and now that two individuals have been designated as their parties’ presumptive nominees, my mother’s inbox is filling with questions about who will win. Based on the ever-accelerating vibrations that are undergirding people with moral and spiritual integrity and exposing those who lack that quality, we are seeing the likelihood that neither of the presumptive nominees will become president, Senator Bernie Sanders will. If the vibratory momentum continues, the likelihoodof his winning will keep moving toward certainty in Earth’s energy field of potential and in November, the voters will elect a wise, honest president.
Always we are happy to receive your questions and comments, and especially at this stage of Earth’s transformative process, we welcome those that give us the opportunity to offer guidance to new soul-searchers. “Awakening can be a very lonely and often confusing endeavor. Can Matthew offer any advice to Lightworkers who seem to have come under psychic attack for the purpose of confusing them and making them less effective in their work?”
Awakening is profoundly different from anything you can remember, and if none of your family or friends has mentioned anything similar, hesitation to speak about what you are experiencing is natural; and the realization that you are a part of God can seem overwhelming, as if it is a sacrilege to even think of yourself that way. The combination of feeling lonely and bewildered about your higher state of awareness and accepting your god-self can be stressful indeed and thought of as a psychic attack. When vibratory levels were much lower because darkness still enshrouded the planet, the bright auras of lightworkers did make them targets for dark attacks. Now the light on the planet is too intense for that, but via the universal law of attraction, thoughts about being attacked reach energy streamers with like sensations and bring them back to you.
Please replace those kinds of thoughts with the knowledge that never are you alone! Not only are your guardian angel and spirit guides constantly at your side, but many souls are having an awakening experience somewhat like yours and others are confidently moving along the path of self-discovery. Often spiritual and metaphysical bookshops host groups of like-minded individuals or post notices of social meet-ups, seminars and workshops. General bookstores carry books in that genre, too, and if you feel uncertain which to choose, ask within to be led to those that will be most enlightening. Search the Internet for sites with postings by kindred spirits and messages from light beings such as Patricia Cota-Robles, and always you can ask for divine help to feel self-confident and excited about awakening. Soon you will ease into a joyful relationship with your god-self and avenues will open to areas where you can serve the light effectively and with deep satisfaction.
“Can you ask Mathew how we can find out our life purpose while here on earth?” The best way to find out what you chose as your life purpose also is the simplest: Pay attention to messages from soul-level to your consciousness—intuition, instinct, inspiration, aspiration and conscience. When you follow those guidelines that are specifically aligned with choices in your soul contract, you will have a strong sense of moving smoothly along life’s pathway as opposed to struggling with decisions and perhaps asking others what they think is the most logical direction for you.
“Is it true dark beings are being removed from Earth and taken to an alternate holographic Earth? If so this would be great since it decreases the darkness on this planet and speeds up the timetable towards full disclosure. And what is meant by we live in a holographic universe or matrix, is 3D a dream and higher dimensions are real or is it all just a projection of our consciousness?” Dark beings leave Earth the same way light beings do, death of the physical body; and, like light beings, they enter the part of Nirvana, Earth’s spirit world, where the energy corresponds to the energy they generated throughout the Earth lifetime.
There are good explanations of the holographic universe in books and Internet articles insofar as your cosmologists have discovered. They have mathematically concluded that the universe began with the Big Bang, but they have yet to understand that science and spirit—or, energy and cosmic consciousness—are one and the same: the love-light essence of Creator, the most powerful force in the cosmos and Source of everything in existence.
Higher dimensions are real, and it isn’t entirely correct to say that 3D is just a projection of one’s consciousness. Whatever a person believes, however far from factual it may be, is that person’s reality, and most likely you would get a serious argument from anyone whom you tried to convince that what he or she believes is “just a projection of your consciousness.” However, what seems real in your 3D world is a “ dream ,” or better said, anillusion, and we can explain this no more clearly than it was in a message several years ago. Mother, please find that message and copy the pertinent part. We think it will be especially helpful to awakening souls and perhaps to long-time lightworkers, too.
“What does Matthew mean when he says, ‘We are living in an illusion?’ Does each person have his or her own reality or do we all share one reality?”
By definition an illusion is deceptive, something perceived as real but without basis in reality. The illusion of third density is that there is this one life on Earth, then you die and afterwards, according to many, there’s a nebulous place that’s either a blessed or a hellfire-and-brimstone “afterlife” where you stay forevermore. The reality is that this is but one of many hundreds or many thousands of experiences of a soul that is living in many different forms and locations simultaneously in the universe.
The illusion is that you are your body, your personality, your characteristics, your feelings, your achievements, and incidentally, you have a soul that goes God only knows where when you die. The reality is that you are the soul, a part of God, inseparable from Him and all other souls in this universe; you are having the physical experience that you chose to balance other lifetimes; and you are an eternal being.
The illusion is, according to one’s religious affiliation, that the Supreme Being of this universe is correctly portrayed only by your religion and His laws as interpreted by your religion are absolute. The reality is that the Supreme Being of this universe is subordinate to Creator, the Supreme Being of the cosmos; God is an amalgamation of all souls, all life forms, throughout this universe and He knows every thought and feels every feeling of every life; He cannot interfere with Creator’s law of free will when souls veer from their pre-birth agreements, so it is not His “will be done”; although we commonly say “He,” God, or the Source by your name selection, is the epitome of androgyny, perfectly balanced male and female energies; and He didn’t devise religions—a few of his misguided god-self parts did.
The illusion is that evil is the opposite of godliness. The reality is that darkness is the absence of light, the absence of love and spiritual clarity.
The illusion is that Earth is a small, solid planet whose residents are the only verifiable intelligent life in the universe. The reality is that Earth is a soul with a planetary body that is home to beings within, on and above her, and her surface residents for the most part are far less advanced spiritually, intellectually and technologically than many other civilizations.
Yes, each soul has his or her own illusion as it pertains to self, every facet of the lifetime, planet Earth, and the Source of All, but ultimately all will share the same universal reality. [ May 23, 2005 ]
Thank you, Mother. The rash of suicide bombings has evoked numerous questions, and first we say, becoming a suicide bomber never is part of a soul contract. Because each person’s contract is one part of a pre-birth agreement made with others who want to share the lifetime, it must include not only a person killing someone to balance the experience of being killed and a person who chose to be killed to balance another lifetime, but must offer all other participants opportunities to experience what they chose for soul evolvement.
It is so that some agreements do include souls who want to transition as a group. In such a case, it is in service to all the others, who need to experience whatever emotional and financial hardships may follow the group’s transitional event. Depending upon the number of souls involved—the number can vary from comparatively few to many thousands—the event may be a mode of transportation that wrecks, troops in combat, family members living in a war zone, a natural disaster or rapid spread of a virulent disease.
Some young people who become suicide bombers are indoctrinated from childhood onward to believe that they must defend their religion by killing people of other religions, and they act upon that powerful form of mind control. Their lifetime review in Nirvana is very difficult emotionally as they feel the full extent of suffering that their final act caused to others. Because they acted in accordance with potent programing, they do not incur harsh karmic lessons, and their next lifetime will be dedicated to helping the neediest people in a third density civilization that has started to awaken spiritually and consciously.
Suicide bombers who are adults when they decide to become terrorists act upon a radically distorted sense of empowerment that is bereft of caring about the consequences for others. In addition to an extremely painful lifetime review, suffering exactly as did all persons whose lives were affected by their self-destruction, they will experience one or more difficult lifetimes in a low third density civilization where the karmic merry-go-round is going full tilt. That self-consignment isn’t determined only by these individuals’ final act; it is that the energyof their desire to kill as many people as possible and of the act itself is so dark that it supersedes all other aspects of their lifetimes.
A Belgian reader who lives near the Brussels airport wrote: “ I must admit that it becomes ever more difficult to keep up positiveness and faith in humanity’s future. I don't know what to tell other people anymore when subjects like these [suicide bombings] are discussed. It also becomes more and more difficult to stay convinced that after this life another existence is waiting. I am wondering if other readers of your messages undergo the same doubts. If they too feel not connected to any out of the body world anymore.”
Loss of faith in the future of humanity is an understandable reaction to violence when people you know have been directly affected, and while you may not think of “detachment” from the world as a form of divine grace, it is—it is giving the heart and mind a respite from shock and despair and sadness. In such times, it is difficult to think of a life after this one and derive any comfort from what may seem only a nebulous idea, that there is a glorious spirit world of love and peace. But holding fast to that reality is what will uplift the spirit and restore faith in humankind’s determination and ability to make this world a far better place than it is this moment. Beloved brothers and sisters, please do not doubt that this transformation within Earth’s civilization is happening!
As for speaking with people about tragic events, let your genuine feelings flow. Crying is ever so much healthier than stoically suppressing feelings, so let tears come in abundance. Ask for divine help to heal; see the beauty in Nature; think of the miracle of birth, the innocence of little children and devotion of your pet; know that there is far, far more good than bad in your world and the light is continuously strengthening good, weakening bad. Your expression, “Time heals all things” is only partly true—it is how you use time that brings healing, a return to well-being and positivity, or not.
Now I am speaking just as Matthew to say that stress made its way into our last message. Attributing the devastation of Haiti to a hurricane instead of an earthquake was a rare instance of my mother’s thought— and a lapse in your memory, Mother —overriding my transmission. She is dismayed that the week of stress about her computer’s technical difficulties, which blocked her site and email address, permitted her momentary departure from clearly hearing my words.

Greetings dear ones. You would be happily surprised by how much light is now pouring forth from many different locations on earth. Eyes are starting to open, and ears are beginning to hear. It may appear as if nothing new is happening, as if the world is instead going backward, but it is not.
Much of the corruption you are now becoming aware of was previously kept hidden from the majority within in an energy system that supported it, and anyone seeking expose these activities was simply removed. There is not more corruption today, it is simply that through modern technology and an evolving world consciousness, these things are now coming to light. 

The world is awakening to self empowerment and the understanding that they have the ability to choose for themselves. This is manifesting outwardly in the political scene of the USA.
This is how evolution works in the third dimension. Throughout history, very evolved mystics and teachers incarnated for the purpose of "seeding" world consciousness with spiritual truth because the human mind ( mind conditioned by beliefs of duality and separation) is only able to access what is already present in world consciousness.
These teachers were usually considered heretics or worse and many were killed because of their teachings. At the time these truths were so new, that very few people were evolved enough to attain a consciousness of them but because the teachings of these Light workers became a part of world consciousness, they are now available to anyone ready and open to receive them.
There comes a point in the evolutionary journey where you will begin to receive whatever information or truth is needed from within, by-passing the conditioned human mind, This is the source of true creativity. Profoundly talented artists of all venues, do not build on what is already known, but allow something wholly new to flow out from a deeper level.
Weather chaos is Gaia's way of clearing dense energies of the past and present needing to be removed as a part of her ascension process. As long as mankind continues to pollute and create the discordant and low resonating energies of war and separation, she will be forced to do her own clearing.
We speak today about forgiveness, a facet of unconditional love that is proving not only to be very difficult, but has become a block for many as they try to move into unconditional love. Many of you have had experiences that hurt you deeply on all levels in this lifetime as well as in past lifetimes. As a result, you still carry emotions of resentment, hate, anger, shame, guilt, fear etc. in cellular as well as conscious memory.
Because you are now spiritually ready, those energies need to be acknowledged and cleared are making their appearance. Triggered by some person or situation they will often pop up when least expected, surprising and embarrassing the individual . Stored cellular memory triggered by some event is the root of road rage, panic attacks, and inordinate fears, as well as many other human conditions.
Regardless of denial or how deeply buried, old energy resonates and influences an individual's belief system and choices. Many have come to believe that they can never forgive some certain person or persons even through they want to. For some, refusal to forgive is a conscious choice, but for those of you well along your spiritual path, choosing forgiveness for self as well as others, indicates a readiness for the next step.
It must be understood that every soul creates a pre-birth soul plan before incarnation. A plan that involves all the major players necessary for whatever lesson or lessons have been chosen as necessary for spiritual growth. These players are usually from the same soul group and have experienced many other lifetimes together in various roles even occasionally volunteering out of love to play the "bad guy".
At various times within your many earthly sojourns, some one or many have done physical, emotional, or mental harm to you. This is true for everyone. Cellular memory stores these experiences and until cleared, they are carried forward into each new incarnation. They rarely all manifest fully in every incarnation unless it is part of an individual's soul plan. Cellular memory is why for no conscious reason, you may react to a certain person with dislike or fear when you do not really even know them.
There are some who spend lives living and proudly identifying themselves as victims, building their whole identity around events of the past. This state of consciousness can provide a first step toward self empowerment for one still living fully in the third dimensional belief system., but you are ready to see and act from a higher level--one that does not resist, cover up, or claim some trauma to be personally yours. You ready to "lay the ax at the root".
It takes courage to deeply examine those situations still holding you in bondage because understandingly you would rather not re-live the painful emotions reflective of your state of consciousness at that time. No matter how deeply you may have tried to bury these experiences, the accompanying anger, shame, fear etc..must be acknowledged as a part of your energy field. Embracing every personal emotion or thought with respect, non-resistance, and even love for the lessons provided, is an extremely important part of loving self/SELF.
Honor yourselves and your emotions, never seeking to somehow bypass or eliminate them without examination in the belief that they are not a part of true spirituality. Do not struggle to attain some concept of forgiveness or use it to override the emotions of anger, fear, shame, resentment, etc. that will arise as you seek to forgive. Acknowledgement of and respect for all facets of self, even the parts you do not like is necessary because self can never be excluded from the ONE.
When you feel ready, ask yourself? "What did I learn from this experience? Is the interpretation I am holding based in third dimensional concepts as presented by a belief system of duality and separation or am I allowing myself to see this experience with my new eyes based in truth?"
For example, in the human scene, childhood abuse often results in multiple problems for the adult. However, understand that childhood abuse is frequently chosen as part of a soul's pre-birth plan. It is often chosen by a soul who feels he is now evolved enough and ready to learn self empowerment, move beyond seeking validation from others, and clear old abusive cellular memory still carried from other lifetimes.
Understand that no soul is allowed to plan a life experience that is beyond their evolved ability to learn from it. Everyone is always being lovingly guided by their personal Guides as well as other Beings of Light but since most humans are yet unable to see these higher dimensional helpers with human eyes, they believe themselves to be alone, without help, and that they are victims.
The darkest moments of life are often turning points necessary for growth beyond an old state of consciousness. For the individual, these dark moments are not perceived as positive, but will be understood at a later time (even years) when the emotions have quieted and there is receptivity to deeper insight. Trust the process, knowing that once you choose to evolve, you will get whatever experiences are necessary.
Forgiveness never means that the one who caused you pain must now become your best friend, nor does it mean you forget what happened. Forgiveness is not denial, but is an attained state of consciousness that sees the bigger picture and knows that nothing is random. It understands that all situations have been created to either resolve and complete something from another lifetime, or to present those opportunities necessary for the attainment of a higher state of consciousness.
Never forget that you are not human beings, you are spiritual beings who chose to experience separation as a facet of your journey toward remembering who and what you are. The dominant energy of duality and separation on earth often allows those ready for deeper awareness, to fall flat on their face as many times as may be necessary until they can say; "There must be a better way." thus opening themselves to more.
Karmic situations from past lifetimes often enter into the ability to forgive even when the evolving soul knows they are ready to resolve and clear everything old and finished. Karma is the balancing of energy and not a punishment as many believe.
Once recognized, karma can be resolved and cleared even if others involved are not ready or able to cooperate on a higher level. It is a matter of going within, recognizing the innate divinity of the other or others, removing any remaining energetic cords (state your intention and ask for help if you do not know how to remove energy cords), and then simply moving on knowing it is finished.
As one's state of consciousness evolves more deeply into truth, remaining karmic energies automatically dissolve without effort or even knowledge because karma is no longer a part of that consciousness. Karma is more of an active issue for those still heavily conditioned with third dimensional beliefs.
Forgiveness is a matter of intention, a choice, the asking for help to understand more deeply, and allowing the process to unfold while living at one's highest level of awareness. Efforts made to rid one's self of negativity or guilt for past actions are unnecessary because the higher frequencies automatically supercede the lower, simply dissolving them into the nothingness that they are. This is the more evolved way of "self improvement".
You are entering into more difficult tasks of evolution as you clear remaining debris--sweeping out the corners of your belief system and resolving long ignored or buried issues. The years of inner work you have done are now shining Light on everything still needing to be cleared or understood from a higher level. Forgiveness is a component of this.
It is as if you have chosen to go to a movie. You make the choice and pay to see the story. You become involved and often experience anger, fear, sadness, pity etc. as the story unfolds. You experience emotional highs and lows based on whatever action is taking place. It all feels very real. Then the curtain closes, the credits run, and you leave the theater in full awareness that you were an observer. You do not personally claim the story to be reality. This is earth school.
The ONE perfect and unconditioned Consciousness that you are holds no dreams of separation.

We are moving more strongly into integrating our New Selves; we are embodying a whole new way of being. Life experiences are new and different and if we attempt to act in the old ways of controlling, planning and are inflexible, things just do not work out. The New is about being flexible and flowing. Things are not linear; they ebb and flow. Integrating our New Selves is how we flow with life’s changes now. And this takes being in the Moment and feeling what to do or not do. This Flow helps us embody our Soul more. In the old, we thought of ourselves as separate and just pushed our way through everything. Soul does push or control; it simply is. Being centered in the current moment is the only way we can truly feel what we are guided to do. In the old, we gave our Power away to those who toldus what to do. In the New, we know what to do; especially as we become more and more Soul-merged.
The Soul and all high dimensional beings do not tell us what to do or how to be, for our Free Will is respected. We are sovereign beings and must make our own decisions. Being Soul-merged, we know what to do or not do, because we feel it…if we are aware. When an old way of doing something arises, we then can let it go or choose to do it or be still till we feel it’s aligned with all of our being.

In the old, you kept busy. Your busy-ness kept/keeps you from feeling the Truth; kept you from the Truth of you. When you are in your head, you can’t feel the New. The New is absolutely the opposite. We are asked to drop our busy-ness and constant thinking. As we transition more into the New, this shift may feel very alien and in your Beingness and Stillness there may be guilt (that you’re not doing enough) and there may be depression; a sense that you’re not productive or constantly moving and thinking. You may not know how to Be. It takes a while to adjust to your New Beingness, so be patient with yourself. Do not go back to the old, which is where you might feel comfortable, and continue being New, even while it may feel strange. At some point, it won’t feel strange at all and you may wonder why you delayed this shift at all. It is so much smoother and easier in the New. You may also feel a bit lost; yet all of these may be released as you move ever closer to being New. It actually amazes me how anyone can work for an old 3D organization, while experiencing these energies. It can be a challenge to be with others, who are choosing not to wake up as well. Do the best you can and be who you are, without the old desire to dim your Light in order to fit in.
Do know (Heart-know) too that as you continue to rise in vibration and consciousness/merging with Soul, you also experience physical sensations. Many years ago, I was taken through a very intense healing/wholing session related to a life before Earth. Afterward I was blind for a few hours. I was told that it was because my DNA was being upgraded. While you won’t go blind, notice when your eyes get blurry, especially upon waking up in the morning. This is also a DNA shift. I call this “fuzzy eyes.” As your body adjusts, it clears. There are other ways your body adjusts, unique to you, as you rise in vibration and consciousness…we are becoming Lighter and Lighter.
Many want to know how to shift from being controlled by the intellect to being Heart-centered. There is no quick fix, as the shift is gentle and gradual, even though it doesn’t seem so at times. Meditation is the best way to empower the Heart (Heart-centered meditation) and the Soul, for the Soul is connected to the Heart. Once one engages their Heart, they then are able to shift more easily from thinking to feeling. This takes being in the Moment, so in each moment, one can ask, “Where am I?” When one focuses on feeling, they are guided based on whether they feel expanded or restricted. Through feeling we then become aware of what we resonate with and what we don’t. Resonance is Flow. Resistance almost always is attachment to thought. Feelings are in the Now; thoughts are always of the past…past experiences, past beliefs, past ways of being. All of the past is of the old life. Once a being feels, a thought that aligns with the feeling is born; this is the High Mind, where ego becomes the expresser of Soul. When one feels, one is on their way to more Awareness and higher consciousness and life changes.
Generally speaking, we are fine-tuning. Many are still controlled by old beliefs of unworthiness, guilt and victim energies. Any time you have thoughts of not being enough, having enough or doing enough, it can be traced back to beliefs of unworthiness, guilt and being a victim. Victim energy tells you that things happen to you and not for you. When you let it go and see beneath the surface of every event in your life, you see that you create these events so that you can be aware of what gifts and lessons they bring. These concepts/beliefs have controlled you for lifetimes and it is time to take off the suit of armor and be all of who you are and not the tiny version you’ve bought into. With each old belief you let go of, you rise more in Love. Love is limitless and is open to all experiences that enhance the Love that you are.
Everything that we have been through these past years is integrating and grounding Love as us. It’s not something out there or wishful thinking (which does nothing); it is walking fully in the being you are and are becoming more of. It is a time of owning who you are Now…not who you’ve been in the past. We are integrating the Truth of us in all our Earthly bodies, mentally, emotionally and physically. It may certainly be easier to manifest now, being fully immersed in our bodies. Some have never been fully in their bodies; some have yearned to leave Earth and some are so grounded in their physicality; yet not connected with Source;  that they cannot do anything but react to their surroundings. To be fully integrated is to express the Divine in every word, thought, feeling and action, for there is no separation between Source and us. One cannot compare themselves to anyone else in regard to what and how they experience the energies, for what each individual experiences is for their own path. Rather than comparing or trying to belong, just accept what you are experiencing as perfect for your own evolution.
As we integrate more fully, each one will be called to their path in a unique way. Whether it is a path you’ve been on for a while or it is something new to you or it is not yet time because there is more to release and integrate, it is uniquely for you. Everyone is evolving/ascending according to Divine Order. Path is not necessarily a career or a thing you do; it is how you express yourself in everything you do and are. It does not matter if you label yourself as a Lightworker or something else; it is the Love and the Light you shine that is the path. We each have unique gifts and ways to share them. Each being is responsible for choosing what and how they share. Path is not a popularity contest; Path is allowing your Light to shine fully. One does not have to do what everyone else is doing. If one wants to be a part of a group for a sense of belonging, they are asked to discover what lies beneath the desire to belong. Is it to be right? Popular? Is it loneliness? We each must honor our path alone and as you honor your own guidance, you attract others by how you vibrate; you attract through your consciousness and no-one can do the work but you.
We each must be free of old beliefs, emotions and draining relationships. Each one must completely let go of outmoded patterns that interfere with their Path of Love. If you’ve always been the fixer or the peacemaker, how does this help you evolve? If you have been one to gossip or listen to others who do, how does this help you evolve?  If you have been a people-pleaser, how has this pattern helped you to evolve? What roles are you still in, perpetuating others’ expectations of you? Do these roles serve you? Can you be fully yourself with no excuses, guilt or fear of rejection? Can you serve at the highest levels while still keeping yourself small? Answering these questions will help you see where you hold yourself back. You can be all of who you are no matter who you’re with or where you are. This certainly frees you to rise in self-worth and self-Love and is necessary if you truly want to be of Divine Service.
Ascension is multidimensional. It is receiving the Light Coded energies and it is changing in order to receive and integrate the energies. It is not just changing and it is not just receiving Light. The two go hand in hand. When your thoughts are aligned with your Soul and your actions are aligned with your Soul, you are congruent within all your bodies and thus are ready to be the ascended master on Earth in Divine Service in all you are and all you do. There is no separation between the spiritual you and the physical/mental/emotional you. This is the Sacred Marriage. When you are fully integrated, your consciousness reflects that and you attract others who resonate with you. Relationships; new or ongoing; reflect this. Gone are relationships based in anything other than Wholeness; Wholeness as a person and Wholeness in the relationship. If you want a relationship based in Wholeness, you begin within.
Be aware that you continue to be more and more sensitive to energies and toxins (whether in food, environment or people). Pay attention to how you’re guided and walk away if you feel yourself closing down. Our physical bodies communicate with us. They help us discern what is best for us and what is not. It speaks to us all the time, if we choose to pay attention. Our bodies, minds and Hearts are meant to be One; they are meant to work as One; not separately. And your Heart (Intuition/Soul) guides, yet is not separate from any part of you or from Source.
As we integrate our Souls; our Higher Selves; our True Selves; we continue to ascend and evolve. New directions or enhanced directions will be presented; all of which helps us be more and of higher service. Everything you experience is helping you be more. Stay aware and awake, no longer lulled to sleep by old patterns of neediness and doubt. Be the powerful being you truly are. We are poised to integrate and ground the very essence of Divinity. No matter where you are, you stand on Sacred Ground.
