​Christmas 2017

Christmas is coming
My oh my what a year!
We keep learning about
Who touched whom in the rear.
 
The people are restless
Watching this game play out.
Some are arrested.
Others have to leave in a pout.
 
Women and men who have been troubled
By men in the past
Are seeing it come out
In the news at last.
 
Santa is coming
Do you know what that means?
He’s going to find out
Who’s been naughty or mean.
 
Let’s wrap up this year
With presents galore
And make sure these bad guys
Don’t get away with any more.
 
Have a Merry Christmas
With a lot of delight,
As the truth comes out
And things become right.
 
Some will find out
That it is lonely in jail.
But they’ll learn to be better
And they can’t be excused because they are male.
 
The sleigh bells are ringing.
The goose is getting cooked.
The presents are wrapped
And we see more guys are getting booked.
 
Enjoy your Christmas.
It’s like none other.
Things are different.
We’re cleaning out the gutter.
 
Open your hearts.
Fill them with joy.
A new year is coming.
Boy oh boy!
