“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are very pleased to announce to all of you that there have been significant increases in the creativity of the human consciousness, covering the past few months there on Earth. What this means is that many individuals, some of whom do not even know about downloads, have been receiving downloads and have been using the information that they have received for innovations that are going to help take humanity to that next level in creating the world that you want to live in.

So it is going to look like the technological advancements are responsible for creating a better world. But in actuality, it was the raising of the consciousness by all who are participating in that act that is responsible for the elevation of the collective consciousness. And through that elevation in the human collective consciousness, you have more of an ability for every person to receive major downloads of codes and information. More and more individuals now are opening up to receive, and not only receiving, but also assimilating what they receive.

And all of this adds up to a better society. Now, as you look to innovations to improve life there on Earth, you will always come up short when you do not include the raising of the overall vibration. Humanity does, of course, run the risk of relying on technology to solve all of the problems that you face. This version of the human collective is not making that choice, however. So you will benefit from advancements in various fields, including technology, but really it is your willingness to go within and activate a higher frequency that is responsible for every movement forward that you make as a society.

Every invention that allows you to live in a world where you are more connected comes from that seed that is planted in the human consciousness, and the trend that we are seeing is going to continue. You are going to have more and more of these innovations coming to the marketplace for the average person, and they are going to run cleaner, and they are going to make your lives easier and allow you to have more time to spend with your families and on your spiritual practices. We are very excited to see these new innovations launch and bring that level of consciousness to humanity, and we know that those of you who are doing the raising of the consciousness, of the vibration, of humanity will continue to do your work as well.
