There are many other ways to look at changing our focus. That is to say, there is a lot we can do...
Add some colour to your life, dance, bake a cake, or take a walk in nature. Doing anything that puts you into a focused mindful state puts you in the same type of state as meditation- you are in your heart space instead of your ego.
